We don't provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Each guest will receive two bath towels and two hand towels. Please use our washing machine. My loft is located near Taipei’s most popular place for visitors, Ximending, close to Ximen subway station. There is good public transport. I spent a lot of time designing this minimalist style Loft to make the entire white space spacious and bright. I also used the no-VOC paint from Denmark which complied with the Euro Standard for our health.

If you need somewhere to store your luggage after you check out, I will suggest to store it to the luggage room which is next to Taipei Main Station. Although there were some miscommunication between Derek and me, he gave an alternative swiftly. The house is very comfy and cozy. Just the dining table, there were missing 2 chairs so we unable to eat together at the dining table when we brought food back. I hope there is a bigger sink for us to wash our water bottles and stuff. We definitely will go back to Derek's next time.

The location is great! A few minutes walk to Ximen metro station. Nearby had Sanrio 7/11, Family Mart, massage place, and security at the lobby. Great amenities. Clean accommodation, even though there was a few mosquitoes but it didn’t affect us too much. Washer+dryer is a plus! 🌟 Host came to fetch us before check-in, and had clear instructions. Appreciate the nearby food recommendations as well. Enjoyed my stay here! 🏡

We had a great stay in Taiwan! Dabao was super approachable, considerate, and proactively helpful throughout. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to Ximen Station and the Ximending Night Market. Amenities were complete and we didn’t find anything lacking; a microwave would be a nice touch for leftovers, but definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! 😊

Been to Max's place since 2017. Finally came back to Taipei, decided to book XMD area again. Purposely booked Max's home because I know the distance is always very accessible to train station and XMD shopping area. Clear instructions and friendly host and always giving me good local recommendation when I asked for it. Definitely going to book Max's home when I am back in Taipei. 타이베이 메인역 바로 건너편에 있어 접근성이 매우 좋고 건물의 독특한 구조도 재밌었습니다. 안내를 잘 해주셔서 숙소 찾기 어렵지 않았습니다. 층수가 높아서 엘리베이터 옆 창문으로는 야경도 볼 수 있습니다. 편의점도 1층에 있고 주변에 먹거리가 많습니다. 방도 조용하고 깨끗합니다.

제가 진짜 숙소 잡을 때 최소 200곳은 보고, 절대 벌레 한 마리 없고, 청결을 최우선으로 보면서 숙소를 예약하는데 이 숙소는 그 기준을 만족하면서 동시에 가성비가 좋은 숙소였습니다. 일단 장점은 여러가지가 있었는데 다음과 같습니다. 1. 벌레 한 마리 없음 2. 숙소가 매우 청결함(특히 침구류가 너무 깨끗하고 그 외의 화장실, 탁자나 의자도 깨끗했습니다.) 3. 시먼 역 근처에 있음(도보 7분으로 시먼딩 야시장도 근처여서 접근성이 좋았습니다.) 4. 캡슐 커피머신 등 부가적인 것들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 5. 응대가 매우 빠르고 또한 친절함 숙소가 솔직하게 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 저는 남자 셋이어서 괜찮았는데 4명이서 숙소를 사용하게 되면 조금 좁을 수는 있습니다.(모두 캐리어를 펼쳐 놓고 생활할 수는 없을 듯 합니다.) 숙소 입실 시 찾아갈 때는 '이런 곳에 숙소가..?' 하는 생각이 들 수도 있지만, 막상 들어가보면 너무 좋습니다. 친구 혹은 가족끼리 대만에 오게 된다면 이 숙소를 정말 추천합니다. 4박5일동안 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 덕분에 편안한 대만여행이었습니다.

Excellent location, directly across from Q Square mall. We actually prefer using Zhong-Shan MRT station (access via Zhong-Shan underground mall) over Taipei Main Station due to convenience and less elevators needed (for stroller). Spacious and feels like home (2 adults and 2 kids), with a spacious living room and dining area. Building is secure with concierge. Very convenient with multiple 7-11 and family marts steps away. Quiet floor. No bugs / flies / mosquitos / spiders / cockroaches at all thanks to very good door seal and window screen. Minor thing to live with is variable shower/faucet pressure and hot water reliability when other faucets are in use / toilets just flushed. Would stay again in future.
