Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Xinzhuang District

This place hosted by CoCo feels so homey and convenient. With the metro right at our doorstep, it’s so convenient to reach anywhere we want. Beds are comfortable and we had everything we need for our stay. We could wash and dried our clothes within our flat. As we are two females travelling to taiwan for the first time, Coco was very helpful when we reached out to her for assistance. Another plus point is that we have security at the lobby which is a plus if u are travelling alone. No shady alley or pathway to get to your airbnb place! I will highly recommend CoCo place when I return back to Taiwan!

Great place to stay in local neighborhood, can do trail walk to nearby parks, university. The ventilation in the room is fine and exhaust is OK, i wish I could have stayed longer!

The location and room type are very comfortable, there are convenient shops and breakfast shops just outside the door. It is also very convenient to go to Taipei.

The accommodation and host’s cares are incompatible. The host takes care of all your questions and needs prompt and accurate. It will be a great pleasure to stay there again given the traffic and location are so convenience to reach anywhere you want to.

Convenient transportation, great room

The room is much bigger than I thought, it's clean, and the MRT station comes out, there's a lot of food next to it, push it big🙂

CoCo’s place is ideally located — right on a key subway line, and CoCo was a great great. The place was spacious and clean and we loved our time there.

4-story apartment with private bathrooms, TV, sofa, kettle, freezer on each floor, great for a few families traveling together or a big family trip. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, slippers, towels, and everything is available. The bathroom is still my favorite washlet. The location is better than expected, 1 or 2 minutes to get to the place in Shi-men Ting that sells bitter melon juice and Yong-he soy milk, and the car can also be parked outside the door, and it is very convenient to carry your luggage. The house has an industrial design, clean and comfortable without being too dirty, and there is not too much pressure to live in. There's a washing machine, dryer, super convenient. The owner helped me receive the package twice before I arrived, thank you very much!! The only thing missing is that the TV doesn't have any channels, so you can't watch local TV.

Such a homey apartment with all the amenities you need (as listed). Wonderfully well-maintained, even has multiple towels and rags to use. Surprised the bathroom has an in-built vent that has a clothes drying function so I could just air dry my clothes there. There was also a common dryer outside but didn't need to use that. Every week she would also put out water bottles and snacks free for all to grab. Beautiful and cozy apartment. Loved that it was so close to 2 convenient stores, many eateries and the metro station. Very responsive and friendly host too!

We especially appreciated the highchair and baby bath tub you provided—it made traveling with our little one so much easier and more comfortable. Enjoyed our stay here. Great location that was near the airport MRT so made our journey to the airport a breeze. Also walkable from the Taipei main station mrt/HSR so that made transportation accessible. In a central location but away from the noise of Ximending so we enjoyed it. Place was clean & the bathtub in the toilet was a nice bonus. Easy to check in and out and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the building after check out so that was a great help!

Very good value. Well appointed, lots of appliances and kitchen supplies. Fluffy towels, nice bedding. Host made an effort to have apartment ready for early checkin.

This is a super convenient location right at the MRT station. You can take a bus 1968 directly to and from the airport. The place is clean, we feel right at home. The only thing is the mattress is dated and uncomfortable, also the bedding can be better fitting. There is no jacuzzi by the way but the gym is nice.

The place is really clean, the host is very responsive and also allow us to store our luggage despite being early for the check in. The place is relatively easy to find for us. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a couple of nights after flying in, relatively easy to find once we got our bearings but the small streets were pretty tricky to navigate in a rental car. However, there is a parking lot a couple of minutes walk down the road. The apartment is comfortable with the separate bedroom and sliding door doors out the back. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good, TV had some English content on it. Good communication from the owner.

The place was clean and quaint, just nice for a party of 3. We were very thankful that the place was super clean and spotless, even better than some hotels. Cindy was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, and met us at the door when we first checked in. The place was a 8-10mins walk to Ximending, but there were still a lot to see along the way, with eateries & 7-11/FamilyMart at almost every corner.

We couldn’t be happier with the location. It’s right across the street from Q Mall with many shops and restaurants. The mall connects to Taipei train station for MRT, high speed trains to airport and other cities. It’s walking distance to Ningxia night market and other attractions. The house is clean and comfortable. We felt at home. Will be back.

We like the location. MRT station is nearby, and there a lot of restaurants and stores.

Maggie's place was an amazing stay. It had all the amenities to make it your own little home while overseas. The room and bedsheets felt clean and comfortable. Maggie was also a great host, she was really responsive despite us contacting her at night.

Nice apartment with great views. The apartment has plenty of supplies and everything I needed plus more. Host also set up transport from and to the airport, very convenient.

An apartment in a residence with a very good location, with various transport, shops, restaurants nearby. We were also hosted very well by Joël, who was always very responsive and accommodating. In terms of accommodation, it's clean and functional. Small suggestion for improvement (possibly), maybe sound curtains could limit the little noise pollution from the nearby crossroads 😉

Place is very near Ximending. Security is also friendly and helpful. You won’t also have a hard time in transportation since it is 5 mins. away from Beimen Station.
