Condo vacation rentals in Xico

Very clean, nice and quiet place. The only detail is that the hot water suddenly cuts out and the internet barely works.

The space is fine for a couple of days. It is a 20 minute walk from Los Sauces where you can grab the truck to Coatepec and Xico. 10 minutes walk there is plenty of restaurants and taquerias. I walked back at night twice and didn't feel unsafe. Everything was fine I just wish the place had some buros and maybe a space to put things in the bathroom. You can hear all the noise from the other apartments but in general very quiet. The water in the shower came out hot and the internet worked well but it is shared with the whole building.

Very good accommodation, it describes everything it offers, private area and good location. Communication with both Genaro and Ceci was excellent and very clear. They were very flexible with check-in times, which I really appreciate. I would definitely stay with them again.

Great location, Thomas was very helpful and patient with a delay in my checking time, the space was clean as exactly as described, would definitely stay here again!

The place is quiet, it is on a narrow closed street so there are no cars or a lot of people. Walking from the cathedral is about 15-20 minutes away. I felt safe in the room, the building has cameras and there was no disturbance of any kind. The kitchenette is small but has what you need, an electric grill, coffee maker, and minibar. Everything was clean. Excellent value for money.

A nice place and the hosts are very friendly.

It's a good place, if you're traveling by vehicle you won't have any problems. It is very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and equipped, ideal for traveling as a couple or as a family of maximum 4 members

Place, comfortable and quiet, I had no problem with anything and the safety of the place is excellent!

Clean place, spacious bedrooms with everything you need to stay for several people. Centrally located, a little noisy due to being close to avenue, but private and discreet access to the place. Friendly and pending host 🙂

We were very helpful staying here as it was because of an emergency that we couldn't continue our way to CDMX. We were able to rest very comfortably and close to there we find the spare parts we need to resume the journey. Everything was on the phone, I didn't meet Daniel in person but he prepared every detail for our arrival, the attention he gave us was very good and he took a weight off of us.

Perfect attention from the co-hosts, fast, kind and understanding. Jorge Luis, the doorman, is an excellent person, super friendly and always helped us find our way around the city, with safety tips and recommendations. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, spacious, super clean and has very nice decor.

Amazing apartment to stay !

The place is very nice, full of grass plants and fruit trees. We arrived later and it gave us the ease of entering without a problem. The apartment we rented had some inconveniences and gave us the ease of using the apartment next door, always very attentive to our needs a very quiet place, we rest well and my dog was able to be at ease and rest from the trip. We'll definitely be back.

I felt right at home, everything in order and functional, I had no problems, as shown in the photos. Ajax is an excellent host, always attentive, I definitely plan to return!

An incredible place, the best space to be in and live with nature and the beauty of landscapes, in addition to the town of Xico, close to places to visit, very very nice, Marcela's service and breakfasts were excellent!!

For my hosting needs it was perfect, the same and it does not suit other guests for topics such as the far to the center, which is 4th floor without elevator, the noise that some neighbors make sometimes, reduced space in sink, etc, but for me it was excellent. I fulfilled what I promised and needed. If you take a perfect car you leave it outside the building and nothing happens, next door is where to buy and eat, in front of the pool, etc.
