Welcome to our "Kleiner Marstall" vacation apartment - located within the historic city walls of Xanten. In the former horse stable of the late Baroque judge's house, you will find a successful mixture of stylish antiques and modern comfort (box spring bed, underfloor heating, rain shower, etc.) on 40 square meters. One child in the parents' bed possible, baby bed on request. Numerous restaurants and attractions (South Sea, APX, cathedral, museums...) are within easy walking distance. See you soon!

From this centrally located property, you can reach the city center in about 1.5 km. The forest is almost at your doorstep and is perfect for long walks. For the little ones, there is a playground within walking distance. In Xanten, many sights await you. Xanten is very centrally located for visits to the Netherlands or the Ruhr area, and therefore offers both variety and tranquility.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Wolhalla in historic farmhouse

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.
