Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults or 1 Adult and one child. The condo is new renovated in 2018 (new furniture, new kitchen, new TV) State of the art equipment : cable LCD TV, PlayStation 4; Apple TV ; Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator; water kettle, Brita water filter, Keurig coffee machine & Filter caffee machine, Amazon tv with Netflix; first aid kit, fire extinguisher Our condo is ground floor, only 20 ft to the swimming pool. In addition, you'll be able to watch the sun set across bell channel from the back door. You'll be able to make your own meals in our fully furnished kitchen, or go into Port Lucaya or Taino Resort as options for meals. Pool Access Shared Access to Laundry The condos at Obera Beach are in one of the most peaceful and serene settings in Freeport. You will enjoy the quietness of the area, or you'll be able to go to Port Lucaya for nightlife and activities only a 10 minute boat ride from the flamingo bay hotel, which is only two minutes away from the condo.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and offered absolutely stunning views—waking up to that ocean view every morning was a dream. One of the best parts was having an almost empty beach right in the backyard; it felt like our own private slice of paradise. The location is somewhat secluded, which was perfect for a peaceful getaway, but it’s a good idea to have a car if you plan to explore or go out for meals. That said, our host, Deli was incredibly helpful and provided great local recommendations that made our trip even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting with amazing scenery!

Came by boat from Fort Lauderdale for a long weekend at Sea Este. The trip took us 4 hours each way with SSE winds and a beautiful day. Great dockage, accommodations and local fare all by boat. Thanks for sharing

Lovely place and I would absolutely stay again! The hosts were extremely pleasant to deal with. My only issue would have been finding the actual unit inside the building, it was a bit confusing and the security at the front had trouble directing me so I walked around quite a bit before I figured it out! Otherwise it was a terrific experience.

Roman was a great host. Responded when needed but didn’t bother us otherwise. The house was clean & as pictured. For future guests: the shower situation is not ideal & something to keep in mind. The main bedroom is only a tub with a shower wand - not conducive for taking showers. Water pressure in the Bahamas is low, so no filling up a large garden tub. There is another very small shower in the room with twins beds. All the adults on our stay ended up using the shower in the hall bathroom. Other than that, we absolutely loved this place!

Elena’s house is beyond spectacular. Amazing price point for the luxurious accommodations the pictures don’t do it justice you need to visit it for your self. The house is beautifully designed and spacious, could easily accommodate 3 couples! Spacious dockage for boat that comes with house and private access to beach across the street. Elena took us for a tour around the property to explain all the landscape and exotic trees that we adored. Joanna the house keeper was very accommodating when we needed some ice and even drove us in to town when we asked one evening. 10-15 min car ride to port lacaya marketplace, and a 20 minute boat ride the best swim up pool bar at Taino beach restaurant. The landscapers were on premise one day and graciously cut open some Fresh coconuts for us. Would highly recommend and looking forward to many future stays with family and friends.
