Everything was excellent

Beware the dirt road on the first time in. Use Applemaps for the road to Playa Las Tortugas. Once there the place is amazing. Aery private, it is like having a full resort to yourself. The staff is incredibly helpful. We had lunch every day, a machete for coconuts, and make sure to ask them to set up a fire on the beach. Swim across the Estuary and eat a Cafe Ruiz. The surf break is fantastic and totally empty. Seriously, I cant wait to go back.

Jeff’s place is amazing! It’s truly a beach front property and the fact that you can go from your private backyard and pool to the ocean in just a few steps sets it apart from many other properties we’ve visited. It is also situated in real Mexico free from the tourist crowds and overpriced attractions. Jeff was a great host and his helpful and considerate demeanor combined with all the comfort of a private residence made us feel like we were visiting our own vacation home. Whether a family vacation or an adult only adventure we definitely plan to come back.

It was wonderful, waking up and having that view of the sea ,it's amazing! The house has all the amenities , from kitchen utensils, like everything you need in whites in addition to being super hygienic,they thought of everything . The scenery , comfort and green areas by the pool was gorgeous and the place to stay☺️

From the time we were welcomed until we left the house, the host Dru treated us very kindly. She was attentive to any questions or situations that arose. She was always cordial and above all attentive to our needs, questions and recommendations. The house is impeccable, quite nice, quiet and with very good space to spend with the family, the heated pool, and the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and clean enough to sleep comfortably, overall a good stay! As for the beach, it is wonderful, you can enter without any problem, it is very quiet and family-friendly. We will definitely return to Alessandra's house with complete confidence that we will have a good time and that the host Dru will welcome us and take care of us wonderfully and above all that she makes you feel right at home.

The house is in good condition but the roof is damaged. I would suggest new waterproofing. And the issue of the neighbor's dog is really uncomfortable. It barks all night. You can't rest properly.

The stay in the sun and moon house was very pleasant, the 10/10 cleaning is impeccable. It has everything you need to have an incredible vacation. The mini splits keep the house quite cool, the pool has a small section for children and is excellent for a pleasant time at night. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the center is a 10-minute walk away. The price was quite a fair value for me. Hailey and Lalo were very friendly, very flexible with time, they let us in a few hours before our check-in and just like leaving hours later, very attentive and warm at all times, I would definitely come back, I recommend them a lot 👍🏼😃

Great location close to the beach and beauty rooftop to hang out at over looking the ocean. Eden and Jerry were super helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything to make basic meals.

The place has an amazing view, the room is quite comfortable and cozy. The super well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. It has a restaurant almost next door for special dinners between the family. The deck is an unexpected extra, to live together and enjoy the scenery. I definitely think about coming back in the new year.

We enjoyed our stay. Felt really safe with the gated area. The kids enjoyed the swing and playing on their property. Everything was super clean and very spacious, well lit. Washer/dryer was a plus. Hosts and husband were very friendly. Definitely returning.
