IT IS NOT A HOTEL, Supermarket, banks, UV zone, Av. Ruiz Cortines, gym, Los Tecajetes, close to the historic center, Los Lagos, and Parque Juárez, all within a 15-minute walk. Los willos, transport to Coatepec, Xico, only 2 min. walking. There is noise, shops, and traffic in the area; this is beyond our control.

This 400 year old town has the most delicious gourmet coffee you have ever tasted, the weather is also great, around 25C. We live 10 minutes from Xalapa, 20 minutes from Xico and 30 minutes from Jalcomulco. So you can visit amazing waterfalls, see beautiful orchids, go rafting and shopping in the same day.
