Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Wyoming County

The house was very accommodating for a group such as ours consisting of 1/2 adults and 1/2 children. The grounds had many amenities, the interior was super comfortable and beautifully decorated; the fishing was fantastic, the grandchildren loved the fishing and rowing. Plenty of canoes, outdoor games, activities, etc. These memories will last them forever. The view from the upper deck was very beautiful, morning or late afternoon, it was very peaceful. A small quiet community of people surrounds this lake, there is one minor caveat for those sensitive to highway noise which is unfortunate for this community; But honestly, you could not hear it inside the house, only if one was outside and we learned to block it and move on. I was able to hear birds singing so it isn’t that of a deal unless you seek greater isolation. Hope this honest review is accepted constructively. All in all we had a lovely time. Lisa was such a lovely hostess! Friendly, fun to chat with, and very welcoming! Beautiful, clean home in a quiet mountain setting - dog friendly space and plenty of room for dogs to explore outside :) Location was a quick drive to Walmart and down town Tunkhannock - we really enjoyed our stay here!

Jenny was a great host, and we wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for a cabin in the woods on a lake. Fantastic location if you want to get away for a weekend!

Me, my wife and our son stayed at Ortell's house with some other friends, and we had an absolute blast. There was plenty to do in surrounding areas, but with all the amenities the house had to offer, we didn't even feel the need to leave. very recommended, and would definitely stay again. We stayed in January, and are looking forward to a summer stay so that we can use the pool next time

My girlfriend and I liked the house as soon as we saw the picture. Upon arrival, there was plenty of parking and we were able to use the driveway to unload our belongings. Rob’s instructions were great. The apt was funky-cute, clean and quiet. Close to everything! Good choice for 1 or 2 people.

We had a great experience at Brad and Mary’s place. The apartment sits above a lively wellness business and we were able to enjoy a spa-like setting. They supplied us with an abundance of coffees and teas, snacks, shower steamers, soaps, and so much more. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and so welcoming. It was also a treat to have use of their gym as well. Thank you Brad and Mary for the hospitality!

This cozy nook in old forge PA was a fantastic little one bedroom that had a well stocked kitchen, modern amenities, and was really well located for our wedding activities in the Scranton area. Would totally recommend staying

Spent the weekend here and it was beautiful and amazing !!! it was just what me and my partner needed !!! great host... got to meet them and they were wonderful people ....set the fire alarm off but it happens often thank God lol I would recommend booking this place

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jules was a great and responsive hosts with many wonderful recommendations in the area. Very cozy backyard/porch as well. Street parking was great too! Definitely would recommend!

Great place to stay. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I felt like I slept on a cloud. The rooms feel huge for such a small space and the bedrooms are far apart so it’s private if you’re sharing with friends.
