House vacation rentals in Wynwood, Miami

A beautiful house perfect for any kind of getaway! The house was gorgeous with a great covered back patio and pool perfect for hanging out and watching tv while you cook some burgers on the grill. The inside was immaculate and had an amazing game room hangout space with a huge couch, air hockey, pool table and more. The host was so nice and accommodating and willing to help us out with anything we needed! It really was everything we could have asked for and I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay while in Miami springs.

Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

Everything was nice! Communication from the hosts were great. 10/10 highly recommended! The kids really enjoyed the pool!

Absolutely loved this rental! It was newly updated. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It worked perfectly for my husband, myself, and our 3 kids. They provided a beach umbrella, chairs, towels, beach bag, and sand toys. This was so helpful since we flew in and couldn’t bring those big items. The pantry was stocked with spices and many of the cooking staples which were very helpful. Incredibly pleased with this rental. Would absolutely recommend Nicholette and this property!

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

Jason and Dave were excellent and attentive hosts. The cottage was exactly what I was hoping for: quiet, clean, comfortable, and a great location. There is safe parking onsite and close by. Just a few steps away, you'll find the Upper Buena Vista mall, which has a great atmosphere for relaxing with excellent food, coffee, and other things. Highly recommended.

Enchanted with the accommodation a very nice and organized neighborhood,the house super cozy and comfortable. The very attentive hosts, Pablo always cared about ensuring a good stay would gladly return.

Do Not Listen To The Negative Reviews .. felt very safe in the area ,location was very convenient 20 min to south beach 15 min drive to FLL , house was clean, everyone had their own space with three bedrooms/3 bathrooms . the jacuzzi was a plus . Rosa and her husband were amazing .

Great affordable place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the place is as pictured. Maria is super responsive and was available whenever we had questions. A very clean and well taken care of home. The stay was comfortable and would definitely come back!

Miguel’s place was amazing! The communication between us was great and there was no issues. The pool was huge and amazing. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and we would definitely book again. The area was great and there is lots of stuff to do! Loved everything about this!!!

My kids loved the pool. It was secluded and quiet - a few lizards and big mangoes tree. The living space is beautiful. The back of the house is one big door/ window onto the pool. The master bed was super comfy. Lots of towels. The neighborhood is residential, shady, and fun to explore. Overall, a great place to relax.
