If you are looking for something special, you are in the right place: beautiful, absolutely quiet, large (about 100 m²) loft apartment to relax and feel good for individualists, dropouts, people in need of rest or stressed people in a historic building. Wonderful dike location on the old inner dike in a cul-de-sac and yet directly in the center of town. Unobstructed view from the windows over the dyke foreland to the fairway. The bathroom is freshly renovated. 2 terraces and a gas grill. In the garden pond there are fish, frogs and toads. In the wild romantic garden there are tall trees, birds, hedgehogs, squirrels, spiders, grass snakes... The property is fenced about 1.2 m high. The surroundings with forest, the river Oste and many lakes invite you to hike and cycle.

The vacation home is ideal for a break by the sea for two or with your family. It can be found in the resort town of Midlum in the Wurster North Sea coast and is located exactly between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven about 6 km away from the coast. A restaurant with German kitchen and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the direct neighboring towns about 4-6 km away.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

North Sea: Cozy vacation home right on the dike

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gate, handcart for 2 toddlers available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This fee is NOT included in our prices, but must be collected by us through Airbnb and paid to the municipality.
