The main train station, the city center and numerous walking and recreational opportunities are within easy walking distance. The stylishly furnished ground-floor apartment combines the historic charm of an old building with modern living comfort and offers the perfect retreat for short vacations, business trips or extended stays.

The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40 x2m) and walk-in closet. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Spacious light-flooded country apartment in Ellinghausen Wermelskirchen – surrounded by forest, horse paddocks and a small tree nursery. Enjoy the Japanese pond with carp and bonsai, cook in the open outdoor kitchen or relax by the fire. Hiking and riding trails start right outside the door, dogs are welcome. In the neighborhood: therapeutic riding for children and adults with disabilities. Schloss Burg, general attractions and shopping in 5–15 min.

The property is located in a particularly beautiful green and quiet location, yet with direct access to the highway. The surrounding major cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf and Essen can thus be reached in no time. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021.
