Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Our "Burgundy" apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 2 people with one bedroom and an open living-dining area. The apartment has about 45 m² of living space, which is divided into 1 bedroom, living room, entrance area, kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are bright and friendly. The apartment has good transport connections. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the train station. The nearest bus stop is just a few meters away.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Fully equipped apartment, consisting of 2 bedrooms, hallway, well-equipped kitchen-living room, large bathroom. 1st bedroom: 1 bed 140 cm and a single bed, wardrobe, sideboard and large TV, 2nd Bedrooms: 1.80 x 1.80 loft bed, sofa bed (approx. 1.40), desk and wardrobe. Pets are also allowed by prior arrangement. Parking in the courtyard is also possible. Shopping is right outside the front door.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The single kitchen, small bathroom with tub, hairdryer, towels, bed linens and a bedroom/living room with smart TV are well equipped. Public parking is available on the street right in front of the house. Cafe/bakery and shopping markets are 2-5 minutes' walk away. Depending on the booking, there are 1 or 2 beds in the apartment.

You can reach us quickly and conveniently via the A3, A45 and the four-lane B469. We offer cyclists a lockable garage. Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only suitable for fitters.
