Clean and quiet is really all I need. Madumi's home fit the bill. Easy outside access to the room in the lower level of the house (no stairs). The furnishings and details look fairly recent. The bathroom may be a bit older. I guess the bathroom is shared because it is accessed through the hallway but it appeared to be used by no one but me. Comfortable bed, huge TV screen. Network log in password was via the Airbnb listing notes. Street parking on a quiet street. Pre dawn footsteps could be heard in the room overhead as well as distant air traffic from the Harrisburg airport. I personally did not find these overly intrusive.

Really nice place in a good location in walking distance of many good restaurants and museums. Parking is usually easy to find nearby either street or in garages, but as stated in listing it is pay to park. Place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Valerie was super accommodating after having a bad experience our first day in Pennsylvania. We had booked a hotel that wasn’t up to our standards and she was super quick to respond and accept our booking. She was super communicative and attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was super clean and beautiful. The bed was super comfy and my husband and I felt right at home. I would definitely book this place again.

One of, if not *the*, best Airbnbs labeled as a "Hostel" I've ever stayed in. Clean room, didn't feel worn down, and had some very nice touches. The light switch on the wall for the bunk bed was unexpected and wonderful. Other "hostel" type Airbnbs have been smelly, run down, and had tenants that didn't respect the space - Not the case here on my visit! Two notes (first is just a thought, second is some critique) - this room is quite small. It appears to be a converted laundry room, so the bunk bed takes up about 3/4 of the space, not a lot of room to move. I had no issues though! Ventilation in the room could be better. There is a door that leads outside that I cracked to get some airflow.

I stayed at Ryan’s Airbnb for a week, it was a great experience and he gave very clear and concise instructions that made my stay excellent. The residence is located near the heart of downtown Harrisburg so it is great for walking, and there is a variety of amenities nearby. The room was very tidy and clean and all of the bed linens were spotless. Overall a great place to stay if you’re visiting Harrisburg and is very worth the price!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated, plenty of room for my stuff, a great little refrigerator. Bathroom was very clean. Christopher was very quick to answer any questions. The town New Cumberland is nice town to walk around; it had plenty places to eat at. Harrisburg is quite close too. I went there, walked near the river and the Capital.
