This cosy Finnish cottage was lovingly imported and built by its owner. On the first level is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a cozy lounge room with a stone fireplace at its heart. Off to the side is a generous sized bathroom. Up the stairs is a mezzanine level which has 2 areas separate by a curtain. There is a master bedroom area with a double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. On the other side of the curtain is a bedroom nook with 2 single beds. Outside are 2 verandas.

Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Originally the married mens quarters on the farm, fitting 2 married couples, this shack has been extensively renovated and modernised in to a comfortable getaway for a family or couple wanting a weekend or more away from it all, the shack is part of a historic old sheep farm in Western Victoria that is still operated by the family of the original squatter, an easy drive to the Grampians or the world renown 12 Apostles or just stay on the farm and have a look at a farming lifestyle.

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

A few minutes walk would see you to the Little Brickhouse cafe, the Old Bakery, Parker St Project, Royal Mail - Wickens, Grampians Providore, Izzys Mountain View Café, along with the essentials of a bank and pharmacy. The perfect location for relaxing or hitting the trails.

Shearer’s Cottage at Cambus Glen Highlands

Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
