Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. Henderson Harbor boat launch is a 1/2 mile away, and boasts two, very wide boat launch areas, along with plenty of parking. Restaurants, bait shop, small grocery store, and fishing charters are walking distance from the cottage. Southwick Beach State Park, and Westcott Beach State Park are less than 10 minutes away.

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
