Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Woodstock

We stayed here as a group of 12 for only one night as we needed a good central to the start location for our team to stay the night before starting reach the beach (12 person 200 mile running relay race). This listing checked the basic boxes of location being central to the start (Lancaster Fairgrounds) as well as the first major exchange (Bretton Woods ski area), and it had enough beds for everyone on the team. But the more specific check boxes … this listing nailed them too! The living room was perfectly organized for us to sit around and watch the Thursday night football game (yearly tradition) and with a nice TV to watch it on. The kitchen was perfect for us to heat up the dinner that we had prepped for our arrival and had all the utensils that we would need. It was a beautiful home, decorated and impeccably clean. We like a nice place to stay for our night away before beginning our running journey, and this listing hit the spot for sure!! We would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

We had a fantastic stay—this home was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard fire pit was gorgeous, and we loved the game rooms with board games, darts, and a pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious, and the speaker system throughout the downstairs and outside was a huge bonus. The only issue was unexpected messages from the host after a complaint came in from the attached (and unpictured) real estate office. It’s briefly mentioned in the listing but easy to overlook. The music wasn’t loud—we were talking at normal volume, with people napping upstairs—and it had been off for over an hour when the calls came in. The urgency felt a little off and caught us by surprise. Still, we’re giving it 5 stars. It’s a beautiful, well-equipped place in a great location—perfect for big groups who want to enjoy time together with plenty of space and privacy.

Really nice place. The fireplace not working was a bit of a bummer but everything else was excellent. Great location, great view, close to everything, and multiple floors was great to have with kids.

Carla’s place was a great Airbnb stay! It was very clean and spacious—perfect for accommodating three families with kids. There was plenty of room, and the house was stocked with toys and games like Catan, making it fun for all age groups. The TV with Netflix was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and there were various types of drinkware available, which added a nice touch. The home’s aesthetic was lovely and thoughtfully designed. Located in New Hampshire, the house is surrounded by nature and woods, offering a peaceful, forest-like atmosphere. Yet, it’s not too isolated, with other homes nearby, which gave us a sense of safety. Highly recommended!

Cute place. Everything we needed was available. Bed was comfortable as well as pull out couch. Enough towels and linen available. Very clean. Will stay again.

Jennifer's place was private, peaceful, and charming—the perfect place for a getaway. We loved the rural setting and views, and the interior was so artfully matched to its context, a lovingly restored barn. A very special place!

We had a great weekend at Cecile and Ralph’s lake house! The home was absolutely perfect for our group. It was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cecile and Ralph were incredibly responsive and available for any questions throughout our stay. We’re already talking about coming back next summer! We highly recommend!

This is our 2nd time staying here during winter break, and it checked all the boxes again this year. The place itself is super cute and cozy and just feels like home as soon as you walk in. The kids love having their own room downstairs and my son raves about the bed. In fact, he has me on a quest to recreate, as he puts it, "the bed situation" there. The upstairs living space is the perfect place to relax, and we spent time each day of our trip playing games while nestled in front of the fireplace. It's well positioned for easy access to Attitash and Wildcat as well as going into North Conway (Zebb's is always a must-do), but we also really love the town of Jackson. Going over the covered bridge feels like you're entering into a special tucked away place. Yesterday's restaurant has incredibly breakfast, Red Fox Inn has great dinner, and Nestlenook Farm is great for ice skating. If you're in the area, you also need to check out Vintage Baking Co. All around a great getaway!

perfect location for a nice getaway. there is so much to do within the location or you are just within driving distance of some amazing water falls and hikes. place was clean, had everything we needed. very cozy. loved it all, will be staying again! 10/10 recommend

Cozy, clean place. Great location for ski in/out. Attitash Abenaki lift is just right next to back yard. Owner communication is excellent. We had wonderful time with kids during our ski trip! Thanks Donald.

Terrance's place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and the perfect stay. Terrance was very kind and hospitable.

Kathy's cabin on the lake is the most magical place - quiet, peaceful and beautiful, the log cabin a throwback to an earlier time (but with great wifi). We sat on the dock with coffee and listened to the sound of loons out on the water. Kathy is also a great host. We will be back (we have actually stayed here a number of times because it's really the most lovely).

Always a great stay at Jeff and Jayne's cabin. I think this was our 8th stay here and as always, a wonderful place to stay near Gunstock and Lake Winnipesauke.

Nothing but positive things to say. It was the perfect place for our family-fur and human! We appreciated then communication, cleanliness, and feelings of home away from our own home. Thank you to the team for offering such a lovely stay!

We loved our stay at Gerette'S place! The cabin a very cozy, it was perfect for my boyfriend and I and our two dogs. The stairs are very steep and could be tricky for some dogs to navigate, one of ours did them no problem but the other was content to stay downstairs. We enjoyed the hiking trails on the property and did not expect the added bonus of getting to take the canoe around the pond, it was such a treat! We will definitely come stay again!

Had the great pleasure of hosting my friend’s bachelor party here. Plenty of room for all 6 of us, living room was spacious, kitchen was tidy, and the two bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of fun stuff to do in the area and the parking at the house was fantastic. Hosts were super friendly and easy to communicate with, I would recommend this place to anyone without a doubt.

Amazing stay at the cabin! The perfect cozy spot to unwind. We LOVED the deck with the two porch swings. Everything was described accurate. Even though there is another guest house on site you feel very secluded and at peace. Joseph’s place was super clean and home like!

Me and my friends we were group of five. We enjoyed our stay at their place. It was amazing view by the lake side. The hot tub and kayaking experience was totally awesome. We will never forget our trip to Hampshire because of this beautiful house.

We loved this cabin!! It is just as described. Very quiet and peaceful. Carly was very helpful with recommendations on the area restaurants and sights. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend!
