Swallow Barn is a lovely place in a great location, and is comfortable and peaceful. Susie and Steve are great hosts, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The setting is idyllic, a lovely garden full of trees, with interesting planting and lots of birds. The barn is really nicely decorated with rich, warm colours and interesting art. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is very clean with a great shower. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

Aaron's flat is a 15-20 minute, pleasant walk from the Newmarket Highstreet. The route is scenic and pleasant. The flat itself is lovely. Perfect for two people. Very clean and free of clutter. We were there in the winter, and it was amply heated. Aaron leaves clear instructions and recommendations on what to do and where to eat while in town. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Very comfortable stay with Graham at the Old Mill. He was extremely friendly and helpful and provided us with all the ingredients for breakfast. The property was clean, comfortable and light. We enjoyed their beautiful garden and there were great walks right from the back door.

Spotlessly clean recently refurbished to a high standard with luxurious bedding & furnishings. Rebecca was very welcoming & helpful as were all the staff on the yard. A really beautiful place to stay. Cannot recommend highly enough we will definitely be returning.

Our second stay here. Very comfortable and everything we needed for a weeks stay. Walkable to the racecourse and town centre. Perfect hosts, we shall no doubt be back!

Debbie’s place was lovely and exactly as the photos show. The bed was super comfortable and the good sized kitchenette and bathroom were perfect. We only stayed one night because of a nearby wedding but could have happily stayed longer. Great communication from Debbie and easy check in.

Lovely clean and tidy apartment which is in the hosts' garden; it is private and in very peaceful countryside. We enjoyed watching the birds feeding and the cock pheasant strutting on the lawn! David was very helpful, directing me to a beautiful walk through woods and across fields to the venue of a course that I attended. Thank you!

This is a high quality AirBnB in a lovely setting with views over open countryside. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay and is spotlessly clean. My wife has limited mobility but found all the facilities accessible, especially the large walk-in shower. The lengths gone to to make this AirBnB 'Net Zero' was impressive, a combination of Solar Cells, Tesla batteries and a heat pump has resulted in it actually being 'Net Plus'. In other words, it generates more power than used by the Barn, allowing the surplus to charge my car and be exported. A good example of what can be done in the future.

All great, easy to find, as described, and a lovely comfy bed Dave and Sue are really helpful allowing me to put my horsebox on their drive and also letting our dog come with us Dave’s speedy communication really helped as well when I booked with short notice Highly Recommended Thanks again
