Vacation rentals with a patio in Wood Green

Grants flat was perfect for our stay in london. cosy, very clean and in a excellent location. lots of lovely food spots near by for brunch and dinner. Grant was also very helpful in showing us how to check in/out and what facilities the flat offered with some handy videos sent to us prior to our stay. would recommend staying here, we had a lovely time.

It was a pleasure staying here at this flat. It felt really warm and cozy to live in and everything was super organised! Having a pillow menu made it stand out to me. and I could use all the different types of pillows to satisfy my comfort- which was great. The location was perfect for me, having to travel into central for work everyday was so easy! It only took me 20 minutes. Overall this flat was really comfortable to stay in for the month and I felt so at ease!

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

My second time staying here. Lots of space, great backyard, comfortable bed, nice interior design. Pretty easy to get into the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this incredibly cozy and comfortable apartment just outside of London. The space is thoughtfully designed and very clean, with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The bed was comfortable, the living area was inviting, and the kitchen had all the basics for light cooking. Multi levels within the apartment so make sure you are comfortable with stairs. One of the biggest highlights was the location — just a short walk to the Underground, which made getting into central London quick and easy. It was great to return to a peaceful neighborhood after a busy day exploring the city. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend this spot for couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet, well-connected base near London!

It was amazing really good recommend staying! A beautiful place with everything we could need, from fresh linens and towels to a little desk for work as needed to dishes cookware and even some oils and spices. the bed was so comfortable! and big. Daniel welcomed us with chocolates (and special ones for Easter!) as well as a nice bottle of wine. He was super responsive when we had questions throught the booking and staying process. Daniel proactively offered us a discount because there was construction that prevented us from using the terrace---- so thoughtful of him to do and since we were out all day the construction didn't bother us at all. the neighborhood is amazing. so easy to get to multiple tube lines, restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. highly higly recommend!

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Mabel was so helpful. Anything we needed she was very attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Coming from America, this place was really nice. We walked to Tottenham stadium to see Chris brown and it was like a 6 minute walk. We felt very secure and safe because of the key and password needed to get in our air bnb. There is a store 3 minute walk away that had everything we needed. I loved this place

Asta & Jann were extremely wonderful hosts I had such an excellent stay. They always communicated with me making sure I was fine. They are always there to help out would 1000% recommend staying at their property they are great hosts. Also the property is amazing in pictures and in real life will be back again soon.

We really enjoyed staying at Molly’s place we felt welcome and ‘at home’ straight away. A very generous host who showed us around and gave us some goodies on arrival. My children particularly appreciated the extensive range of toys and playing in the lovely garden. It’s also a great location, near 2 very nice parks and lots of public transport options nearby.

We came as a group of 7 and stayed 3 nights in the Airbnb. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable and we lacked absolutely nothing. Our host was particularly kind and available to answer our questions. The proximity to Wood Green station was also a real plus. If you're looking to spend a few days in London, look no further - you've just found your accommodation!

Sandip’s home was just as described. Lovely garden. Great, fully-equipped kitchen. A great bathroom with both shower and tub. Comfortable beds. And Sandip was very helpful and responsive.

We had the nicest stay here! Verity is one of the loveliest hosts I’ve ever met - so responsive, friendly, and truly couldn’t do enough for us. She really made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Verity’s home is also so lovely! Clean, tidy, and really cosy! It’s in a great location - not too far from Silver Street station, perfect if attending a concert or event at Tottenham Stadium. We already can’t wait to stay again. Really easy to access. All the informations given where super detailed. The studio flat itself has planty of space. We found more than anything we would possibly need during our stay. The host replied really quickly to my question and was friendly and kind. Loved the area, especially because it’s right in between Islington and Shoreditch and good for trandports.

We had a great stay at Rachel's place in Crouch End. It's a perfect flat for a couple who would like to explore a new area of north London, with its plenty of shops, coffee cafes, and restaurants in Crouch and nearby Muswell Hill. The nearest tube is Archway (Northern Line) which is about 20-25 minute walk or find the #41 bus. We appreciated the lovely lilies on the kitchen table and the plants. Bed was very comfortable.

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

Geo was friendly and responded immediately when we ran into a problem. The location is amazing step outside and go either way! To the right you're on your way to Finsbury Park's fabulous high street. Make sure you stop at The Goods Office for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the grocery store beside has all the basics and good treats. Go left and you're just blocks away from Crouch Ends' high street with shops and The Queen's Public House. The transit options are fantastic. Well stocked kitchen and a lovely shower with great pressure. I sprained my ankle while visiting London and Geo's leopard print chair and orange poof were very comfortable.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

Deborah’s place is a dream. I’d been hesitant to book a flat away from central London, but this gorgeous loft ended up being exactly what I needed for a lovely recharge weekend. Deborah was highly communicate and easily reachable with questions on a moment’s notice, and the balcony was idyllic to pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset.
