Great place. We were in the area for a bowling tournament.

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed; the space absolutely holds up to the other many many five star reviews. The apartment was not only immaculate, but Tersia’s own interior design touch made it so warm and cozy. Though it is hard to decipher, I think the best part of it was the homemade pastries (I could’ve eaten a million). Tersia was readily available if we needed anything, but also respected our privacy and space. She also provided us with a late check-out due to bad weather. We didn’t want to leave, but it is on our list of places to stay at again!

We found this apartment comfortable and close to the grocery store, and restaurants. We enjoyed meeting the daughter of one of the owners. The place was clean and comfortable.

After arriving at another Airbnb that wasn't as listed, we were on the hunt for another one. We saw Nathan's listing, contacted him and reserved his place. He waited for us to arrive, got us in and showed us around. He even offered to help with our luggage. Nathan couldn't be more friendly and helpful. His listing was as advertised. It was extremely clean, well stocked and overall very homey. We will be going back. Thanks Nathan.

The decor is so cute! I loved this place, it felt cozy, and the layout was comfortable. The backyard was my favorite, it was so beautifully decorated.

Incredibly beautiful and well located place. Walkable to coffee, cocktails and food. Safe and quiet neighborhood; easy parking. Room itself was gorgeous and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was so comfortable; kitchen had everything, including welcome pastries! Tersia was a responsive, proactive host. Would absolutely stay again.

Cindy was great! I would highly recommend staying at her house, it was clean and organized, Cindy was very kind and welcoming. It was very close to uptown.

We enjoyed our two week stay. It was very spacious and while we only had 4 people, it easily could’ve accommodated more. We were able to cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. It was a great stay and since we come to the area often, we will definitely stay again.

Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. A nice and clean simply furnished space. Deni was an excellent host, very gracious and accommodating.

The stay was overall very good and we would recommend this property. The location was beautiful and secluded. The caretaker was warm and welcoming. Instructions on how to access the property were prompt and detailed. The garage apartment smelled very good and was exceptionally clean. It is set up more like a studio. The entryway is where the first bed is located with laundry and bathroom. The second bed is located in the main studio area. The laundry was very helpful with detergent available. If you have pets, please kennel them as there are pet deterrents behind the couch that could be dangerous. Overall it is a 5/5 rating and we have shared the listing with family for when they stay in the area.

I love Starry Night! This was my second stay and I am already planning a third stay. If you have a four legged travel companion **THIS** is, hands down, the best place to stay in Athens. The Airbnb is located within a neighborhood with low speed / low travel roads great for safe— dog walks (unlike most of pet friendly hotels in town). I highly recommend it to other OU parents…. a lovely accommodation a few miles SE from the Stimson Rd highway exit. You get the best of both worlds - beautiful scenery both there and on the drive out but close enough to town so it’s not inconvenient to campus, uptown or the shopping district on East State Street. Brenda and Deb go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My daughter and several of her friends came and out for an evening- there was plenty of room in the living area for a group of five to hang out enjoy some food and each other’s company.

This is a wonderful, clean, and convenient place to stay if you are visiting Athens or Ohio University. Everything was as detailed in the description and in others' reviews. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed for five people to sleep comfortably, and there were some nice extra touches too. The location is great. You can walk uptown or to campus in 15 minutes, and be along the Hocking River in 5 minutes. The Jackie's O's Cannery is just a few minute walk away and is a great option for a family-friendly place to grab a drink (and hopefully a delicious sandwich from the Bagel Street Deli food truck if it's open when you're there). This apartment made for an easy and enjoyable trip to Athens and Ohio University. We didn't need Christine's assistance at all, but she made clear she was always available if we did need it. Highly recommend!
