"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

The vacation home is centrally located but quiet in the middle of the village. Restaurants and bike rentals are available. Kirchberg is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, climbing, exploring the suspension rope bridge or visiting natural and adventure pools.

Experience a breathtaking panorama of the Rhine above the rooftops of the town. The apartment is designed for two to six guests. This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

Our wooden house (on the outskirts) offers tranquility and relaxation on 110 m². The terraces, a large balcony and a beautiful garden guarantee relaxing hours. From here you can start hiking, biking and sightseeing tours. The Hunsrück offers an infinite number of beautiful excursion destinations. The Moselle and Rhine are very close. Trier, Mainz, Koblenz, Cochem, as well as the German gemstone city of Idar-Oberstein, to name just a few examples, are also in the vicinity.

Smart TV (Sky, DAZN) living room, TV in bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, sofa can be used as a sofa bed for one person, covered balcony overlooking Moselhöhe, bicycle, motorcycle garage, toddler beds and high chairs on request, playground, bicycle path directly from the house, parking, supermarkets 800 m, path to the city without inclines, children are welcome! Welcome to Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. We have equipped the apartments as we would like for our vacation. A very cozy living and dining area with an open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a sauna, another bathroom, a box spring bed in the master bedroom, double beds in the other two bedrooms, and a lovely outdoor area. Plus, we'll provide you with electric bicycles for the duration of your stay to explore our beautiful countryside.

Relax and/or be active in the vast and untouched landscape of the Soonwald. Ideal starting point for hikes, holidays with dogs, biking, exploring wild valleys, discovering dream paths, visiting castles and mines, hiking meadows and forests, enjoying nature, finding peace.... Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a small fee. A rich and regional breakfast can be reserved before arrival. Also vegetarian. Shopping is a 10-minute drive away.

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.
