Pros - Couldn't get a better location, with direct access down to the beach. - House was perfectly sized, with large deck and lounge area - Lots and lots of hot water which was appreciated Cons - Nothing really

Graham was soo amazing to deal with! Such an amazing place that is sooo close to the shops and takeaway. Well enclosed yard for my dog and everything in general just felt very cozy and comfortable. I will definitely be back I love Dalmeny

Loved our stay here. Walking distance to the water and boardwalk. Helen was kind enough to let us have a late checkout on the last day. The house has everything we needed for our short stay

Thanks Liz. Place was fantastic. We came on a holiday from the Goulburn Valley- myself, another disability support service provider and three very excited participants. Loved introducing everyone to this magnificent coastline, showcased beautifully by your accommodation. Only suggestion might be some stair and bathroom railing and perhaps some paint on the split level stairs to make them a bit more obvious. In any case very grateful and look forward to our next trip. An ideally located property with an extraordinary view over beautiful Pambula Beach river inlet. Can spend the whole day on the deck looking at the birds. we saw gang gangs, cockatoos, king parrots, fairy wrens, rainbow Lorikeets, and even a Bowerbird. We had kangaroo visitors in the morning and evening. Very private and comfortable house.

The house was pristinely clean, peaceful and quiet, and very comfortable, with gorgeous views. The rooms, bedrooms, and beds were spacious, and it was great to have more than one bathroom and shower for our family. We thought the beds were extra nice and comfy and enjoyed making a couple of meals in the well equipped kitchen, and eating at the dining table and deck. The house rules were clear and check in and check out were super easy. Renee was a fantastic, proactive host. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We highly recommend to anyone considering a weekend or longer in Eden, and we may stay again soon!

I had a lovely stay at Sam’s property. The house was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and location is gorgeous. The place had everything you need and more. The cupboards were well stocked with staples in case you forgot anything and the bottle of bubbles and Easter eggs on arrival were a lovely touch. Probably the best equipped airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location is steps from the beach and there are cute little kangaroos that gather on the grass across from the house in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely stay again! Only one very minor thing I didn’t love is that there aren’t any blinds at the property (only sheer curtains in the ground floor bedrooms), so if you aren’t an early riser or like your privacy at night it feels very bright and open. Also worth noting the closest shop is a 10min drive away, so do a grocery shop before if you are arriving at night. But I still very much enjoyed my stay and will be recommending to my friends.
