L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. The apartment was tiptop clean, very tidy, lovingly designed and really equipped with everything you could ask for. There are 3 separate rooms + kitchen-living room, so you can easily stay there with four people. The contact with Ellen was reliable, friendly and straightforward.

Quiet, private place on the lake. The weather did not allow for a swimming pool. Spacious loft for 8 people. But without a car, logistics will be difficult. The owner and staff are very friendly, and quickly solve emerging needs while staying.

A fantastic weekend in Sauerland! The place was absolutely clean, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the breathtaking view, which fascinates at any time of the day. The location is wonderfully idyllic and at the same time offers a great starting point for activities such as hiking or walks in nature. Bad Berleburg is nearby and offers lots of shopping – convenient for self-catering. Overall, the stay was a perfect blend of relaxation, nature and comfort. I can fully recommend the place and would love to come back!

We had such a pleasant stay her at Overath, the property looked exactly like it did on the pictures, it was lovely and clean and nice and quite, Robby was very helpful with the directions on how to get in and access the property, love there was a space for my car away from the road and where I see it. Overall was a very lovely place and would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay. Quiet yet only 4K to the old, historic part of Limuburg. . Holger always responded to communications and the place is very close to the Lahnwanderweg trek. The aparment was outfitted very comfortably.

There were four of us with two nights in the apartment. For a family with two kids we found the apartment perfect. It is tastefully decorated, and we found everything very nice and clean. Especially the comfortable beds are to be emphasized positively. In our experience, this is rather rare in vacation rentals. Beautiful view, quiet location. Every now and then you can hear something from the apartment above, but the house is not very clairaudient. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward. The flexible check-in with key box is great! If we are in the area again, we will be happy to book the apartment again.

Beautiful clean apartment and very nice landlord, quiet location very good for vacation with dog. Nearby shopping. Cologne and Bonn can be reached in half an hour. Beautiful surroundings, for us a lot of forest and mountains from the plate land. And if it rains, we recommend the Huma Center in Sankt Augustin. I'm sure we'll be back.

a super nice apartment with a very nice balcony, great views over the mountain and artificial grass on the floor. very nice quiet village, with a small playground and football field across the street from the apartment. 200 meters away is a hotel where you could swim for a soft price (including slide). small but nice village!

Wonderfully quiet location, with the possibility to sit in the garden in the morning and start the day in peace. Very friendly landlords who were flexible about our delay. We had our own entrance and the apartment offered amenities almost like at home. Next time we come to the region, we will definitely be coming back!
