A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our small charming wooden house offers families or the individual guest a special experience of comfort and coziness, in the alcove bed for two people, by the tiled stove, at breakfast on the terrace and in the pavilion with lake views. In addition, 2 children can sleep in a bunk bed in a separate room. The extra bedding will be charged extra. We will be happy to inform you of the costs on request. Take advantage of the large playground next door, the Usedom Bäderbahn to the beaches of Usedom, without traffic jams and long waiting times. Take extensive cycling or hiking tours, kayak tours on the Peene or the Achterwasser. A spacious vacation home with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) awaits you.

Cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town, all within walking distance in a few minutes - see photo. The Bäderbahn [bathing train] runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.
