Welcome to the oasis of calm! The beautiful newly renovated 2-room apartment near Braunschweig is located on the outskirts of Hötzum and invites you to switch off and relax. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and stove, the apartment has a rain shower and a washing machine. The terrace in the countryside also invites you to linger. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Escape everyday life and enjoy a break in nature at Haus am Elm. Our cozy 35 m² log cabin, surrounded by a spacious garden, is the ideal retreat for nature lovers. Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.

Tiny House "Luna", by the lake with sauna

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Wellness oasis with sauna and hot tub

Forget your worries – This quiet, detached house invites you to breakfast on the terrace with a wide view over fields, forests and lots of greenery. Perfect for a vacation or a weekend for two. For cold days or cozy evenings, there is a separate sauna, a hot tub and a tiled stove to be fired with wood. Shopping is in walking distance, as well as many beautiful hiking and forest trails.
