The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Our guesthouse is located in the old harbor district of historic Bergen op Zoom. Located on the Brabantse Wal between Rotterdam, Antwerp and the Zeeland coast. Plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants! Through a shared gate, you enter the backyard where the guesthouse is located. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchenette and toilet. Via the authentic, steep stairs you enter the bedroom with bathroom and access to the roof terrace. The rooms are not suitable for the disabled.

Update: incl. pod sauna! Come and relax in our very spacious bus on the farm. Enjoy the nature and possibilities within Woensdrecht. Go for a nice walk in the Kalmthoutse Heide or cycling by the water. Het Voorhuis is the characterful farmhouse from 1906, furnished as a comfortable apartment for two people with its own access and cozy courtyard. This apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and Nespresso, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The estate borders Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide, where you can enjoy hiking and biking.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
