Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. This beautiful vacation home is located in Neuenburg on the edge of the Neuenburg jungle in a quiet residential street. Lovingly furnished with a modern, open kitchen and dining area. The fenced garden with the large terrace and kettle grill invites you to linger. Parking is available, the jungle with its many hiking and biking trails as well as a modern supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. The Jade Bay near Dangast is 20 minutes away by car.

The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.
