Das 60qm große Studio ist als "Haus im Haus" in die obere Etage unserer Scheune gebaut. Zum Appartement gehört eine Loggia mit weiten Panoramafenstern, durch die man die Sonnenuntergänge über der Pferdekoppel bestaunen kann. Ausgelegt ist der Raum als Appartement für 2-6 Personen und Studio für andere Zwecke. Mit Eichenparkett, Lehmwänden, einem Schlafpodest und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ist es liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im EG mit separatem Zugang.

Schwerin ist in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Ostsee ist ca. 1 Auto Stunde entfernt. Ein Penny und eine Landbäckerei liegen in nur 6km Entfernung im Nachbardorf. Bäckerei auch Sonntags geöffnet.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie oder in einer Gruppe mit Freunden in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Gelegen inmitten unseres 2ha großen Naturgartens mit Obstbäumen und -Sträuchern. Die Ferienwohnung ist 80qm groß, hat zwei abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine Wohnküche mit Essplatz, sowie Bad und WC getrennt. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man direkten Zugang zum Süd-Garten und eine eigene kleine Holzterrasse.
