East Hill Landing Cabin 2

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This tiny cabin is great for camping while offering you the traditional amenities to keep you comfortable. There is a double sided bathhouse which is about 250 feet from the cabin. You will be assigned the corresponding side of the bathhouse for Cabin 2 for your own personal use during your stay. You can relax, enjoy nature and will have access to 30 acres for hiking and exploring. The trail network is shared with my neighboring cabin rentals.

A true four-season rental, perfect for hunting, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking or just relaxing. The cabin has all the amenities you need while visiting your college student, coming for a sporting event, or just to get away from it all.

Cozy Cuba Cabin

This cabin is located in the serene Enchanted Mountains with plenty outdoor activities and just 7 miles from the quaint lake town of Cuba,NY- full of local shops, world famous cheese and great local eats! Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Dog friendly! Service animals are always welcome.

The Cottage House

The Cottage House is cozy and private. Its location is great for antique shopping. A pretty country setting, you'll enjoy a private backyard covered patio. Also a comfortable queen size bed in a cozy bedroom with a television, desk area, and access to the outside patio and hillside view. The full size bathroom has a walk in shower, suitable for all handicap guests. The full kitchen is completely equipped for preparing meals at the island. A seperate coffee/tea nook in kitchen.

Large Guest Suite at Hillside Farm- Horse Boarding

Relax in a large private suite located in a peaceful, historical, 1850s brick home on a small farm and horse boarding facility in Alfred Station. A home-away-from-home conveniently located less than 10 minutes from I-86, Alfred State, and Alfred University. Enjoy exclusive use of the private entry, old fashioned front porch, wrap-around upstairs landing, large bedroom, cozy sitting room, and spacious bathroom. Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination

The Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination is the entire second floor of this beautiful Victorian home, located 2 blocks from the Wellsville Main St businesses and events. You will enjoy clean, warm, spacious rooms with comfortable king beds. Each private bedroom has its own living room with a day bed and tv. The full kitchen is very accommodating, and the large bathroom includes a washer and dryer.

Cozy one bedroom Carriage House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located right in town it’s a short walk to the local restaurants and stores. Very short drive to larger surrounding towns. The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.

WAG Trail Inn on the Genesee TREEHOUSE

We present a custom treehouse bed and breakfast on an active horse farm. Complete breakfast provided. Coffee, tea, bottled water included . All bedding and towels provided. Toilet and wash basin in treehouse. Shower facilities in main house. Sat/Smart TV and a HDMI cable to attach your device if you have compatibility. "Southern Exposure" is located one mile east of Olean on a dead end street with a peaceful escape from everything but simply a beautiful look into the woods. Southern Exposure is 100% self check in, but don’t hesitate to ask for any help checking in or otherwise.
