The place was perfect for us (6 people). Very spacious, two toilets, nice kitchen. The host was extremely friendly and had good tips for us.

Very nicely furnished cozy and clean apartment. Also suitable for a longer stay. Nice, helpful and open contact. Many restaurants within walking distance. Shopping around the corner. Parking somewhat limited. Free about 3-4min walk away. Paid parking (8:00 am-7:00pm after that for free) almost at the front door, but limited number.

Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

The house is very light and the big bed is very comfortable. The view is amazing! Great stay in the winter and we would love to go back during summer.

It was a very lovely stay. We went for the Christmas market, your in the middle of one. So you look outside your window to see all the lights from the market. It was very spacious and it had everything you need.

We had a really good and relaxed time at Marion’s place. It has all the amenities which one needs. She is very friendly and responsive. We were there during Easter and all the shops were closed but fortunately Marion graciously offered to get things from her supermarket for us and we got what we needed. The only thing which was a little unexpected is that the bedrooms are spread over 3 floors and one needs to walk up the stairs a bit and I did not see that information while booking. Although that wasn’t a big problem for us and would definitely recommend Marion’s place.

The accommodation is top notch. Everything clean, everything available, we didn't miss anything. Great little house, with a gorgeous view of the Mosel. Unfortunately, it was too cold in April to sit on the beautiful balcony. Check-in went smoothly and flexibly via a key box. The contact with Jessica was friendly. We used the convenient location and were traveling a lot by car, you are quickly in Koblenz and in Cochem. We definitely recommend this place 👍

We were kindly received and immediately received a lot of information about the region. There was coffee, water, tea, etc. ready for us. The cottage was bigger than expected and was very clean. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The few questions we had were also answered directly.

A small but cozy and clean cottage in the middle of a quiet village. We felt very comfortable and have enjoyed the tranquility. Really everything was present in the house! That was really great! Especially for a family. We did a lot and it was never too far away. Recommended!

Very clean, well maintained and well equipped cottage. The sauna and jacuzzi are the highlight of the property. The bun service was great. We had a lovely relaxed girls weekend.

Very nice individual house with a natural garden where we felt very comfortable. Harald welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us tips for excursion destinations worth seeing. We will be happy to come back, there is still a lot to see.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Private bedrooms and a living room sitting area provided a good balance for our family. The apartment was spotless clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Check-in time was flexible, although we were late. We received a friendly welcome and good tips for the apartment and surroundings.

We stayed there with our daughter (2 years) and can recommend it without reservation as accommodation for young families. For long walks you only have to walk 50m further and stand in the field. We also found the quiet area to be very pleasant. The possibility to use the wallbox for charging was also super convenient. Thank you & Regards ✌️

We loved this apartment, right on the Rhine River. The view is amazing and the apartment is large, clean and very well furnished. The bed we used was comfortable (there are two beds, one in each spacious bedroom). and there are metal shades that help a jet lagged person sleep. The surrounding areas are beautiful and walkable. Even though we had difficulty finding the apartment, we would highly recommend it to others who were new to the area and not driving, like us. We look forward to returning next year and love the city of Koblenz, especially for its walking options and the charm of the old city.

we found a very clean apartment. The bed is also not as uncomfortable as you find it in some apartments, maybe a little narrow with a width of 160 cm, but that was known. I would rate the amenities as functional but sufficient, in the kitchen there were most of the desired utensils. I find the decor tasteful, TV is available, but I would not recommend the sofas in the living area for longer than two days. unfortunately, the shower head was broken, which still does not lead to a star deduction for me. the communication was very good, we were always helped quickly. Another plus from our point of view was the possibility to be able to charge the car at the house electrically. all in all, clear recommendation if you are looking for a quiet place.

Our stay was completely successful! The place is very comfortably furnished – especially the fireplace provided a homely atmosphere and made the stay even more enjoyable. The entire concept of the apartment is well thought out: It really has everything you need – from the SodaStream, mosquito nets in the bedroom, an iron to a variety of kitchen utensils, which made cooking on site particularly pleasant. Communication with the host was extremely friendly and straightforward. In addition, everything was very clean and maintained. The location is another highlight: quiet and idyllic, away from mass tourism, which ensured real relaxation. We would come back anytime!

A real gem! If you're looking for something special, this is the place to be. We thought it was a pity that we only had one night here. The decor is quite exceptional, rustic elements like open ceiling beams mixed with stylish accessories. We loved the cinema chairs in the dining room. We will be happy to come back!
