Great house and place to base ourselves to explore Austin. Stayed with our young boys who loved the basketball hoop out the back and yard at front to play. Katy & Rick very friendly and helpful.

This was the gathering space for our family and friends as we prepped to celebrate the union of our daughter and her beau. we had family dinners, game night, serious talks😀😍and celebrated the union after it occurred. great back yard to enjoy. plenty of space for us to fit comfortably.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Macr’s place! He was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, always quick to answer our questions and guide us when needed. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room matches the pictures. Not spectacular, but 100% worth the price. Nicole was very responsive with any questions we had and was a great host. The building the unit is located in does feel a bit run down, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also worth noting the washer & dryer described in the listing is located in a shared laundry room within the complex.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

We had a great stay at Flor's place. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Flor was very responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Nil’s place was great! The condo was perfectly sized - spacious but cozy. And clean! The pool was also so nice to relax at and watch the sunset behind the skyline. The coffee, cocktails, and convenience shop that was attached to the lobby was a great amenity. The only downside about our stay was just the building itself. The elevators were very faulty with the key card function and we usually had to wait awhile to get on an elevator once called. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this place. Nil was also very responsive and helpful, especially with getting an early check-in!

Stayed here for 3 nights for a girls trip. We had the BEST time! Jasons place is in a perfect location, excellent amenities, beautiful views, great atmosphere, quiet and private but also the lobby area and pool deck are great spaces to hang out! Absolutely worth the price, will definitely stay here again.

Jessica was a great host! She communicates clearly and is accommodating. The place was clean, the location is nearby a lot of great food spots, and the area is safe. I really appreciate how we had a late checkout and Jessica was very understanding. Would gladly come back!

Great location and great unit. The only thing I’d change is less messages. It was tough to actually find the codes and important info with all the long messages!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.
