If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

This was an excellent place to stay. Even more spacious in person. It was spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new. I will definitely be looking to book here again whenever I am back in the area. 10/10

The Perfect place to stay for a trip to Cali. Very comfortable and felt like home, nice view and you cant beat assigned parking! Its a fairly short trip to all the places you might want to visit. Great host, super helpful and accommodating !

This studio was everything I needed for my trip to LA! Tina and Noah provided super clear directions for check in and check out (including pictures) which made things a breeze. Having parking was a huge perk and the pool was a fantastic amenity - it goes up to 8.5ft! The studio is very centrally located - about 25 minutes from anything we wanted to do and there’s tons of stores and food options near by. The space is quiet and comfortable. The AC is a portable unit so you do have to leave the balcony door open to use it (which I didn’t want to do at night) but it cooled down the room well and they provided a fan which kept it nice and cool at night so no issues. Absolutely would stay here again - Tina and Noah are fantastic hosts!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Humberto's place. He provided clear instructions for us prior to arrival so we had no issues finding the place and let us know where to park. Do not let the outside deter you. It is really beautiful inside and very cozy. It isn't the biggest place if you are traveling with a large family but for us of 4 it was just enough space and my son felt right at home. It had a kitchen to cook, which we didn't use but it was a nice feature. This place is also close distance to sofi. I actually stayed at a hotel down the street, when if I had known of this spot prior I would have booked this spot instead. Thank you for being so nice and responsive.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

This was a perfect spot for my husband, daughter and I to sight see Southern California. The location was incredibly safe and grocery stores and restaurants were walkable.

Michele's listing was a great little home away from home for business needs. It was very comfortable for a weeklong stay and has all the amenities you could ask for. The neighborhood is suburban in character, but still somewhat walkable. For example, you can easily walk to a few different strips of local restaurants. You can also walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Groceries are a bit further and you would need a car. We were without a car for this trip and getting a Lyft driver was easy because the Airport is so close. There is some airplane noise, but that's the trade-off for the convenience of being so close to LAX. It's amazing that you can find anything so peaceful so close to everything. I would 100% stay here over an airport hotel if you have a choice. Thanks Michele and Brian for a great stay!

I stayed at Taylor and Don’s for a week. I had come from Marina del Ray (staying with a friend) so had got used to that side of LA. If you’re from Melbourne AUS - it’s like Southside vs Northside. Coming to the other side as a woman traveling alone, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the area. But Taylor and Don were like instant friends; welcoming, super helpful, answered all my ‘can I walk alone at night questions’ and I felt super safe in their apartment. Plus I really enjoyed our other chats when I did run into them briefly. The apartment has everything you need. It’s cosy and warm when it’s cold and wet (random couple of rainy days); nice and cool after being out in the LA heat all day. The space is well thought out, aesthetically pleasing & has the best views to watch the sunset with a glass of vino. Plus it’s so close to good coffee & croissants (Doubting Thomas). It was also really easy for me to get to and from the galleries/sites/bars/shops etc on my list. Sooo I’ll be back!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Brand new apt, furniture, equipments & dishware in a quiet bldg very close to the Chinese Theather. Pool&Jacuzzi access. Ron is a very responsive & accommodating host. We had an excellent stay!!

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place! He was an exceptional host—very responsive, friendly, and flexible. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This apartment is exactly as pictured and we had such a nice time enjoying the view and the space. The beds were cozy and comfy. Everything is clean and well presented. We only stayed one night but everyone wished we could have stayed longer. As others mentioned it’s a little wonky checking in because you have to say you’re on a guest list as opposed to an Airbnb. Then you have to get the keys to the garage from the room to go back and park but it’s a minor inconvenience at most.

Very clear and easy instructions to get in…check in and out was easy. Close to LAX about 15 min drive away. Love that it has parking, pool, jacuzzi, super good gym too. Did an early morning walk to Venice beach and canals and felt safe. Location is great, quiet neighborhood, easy access to other areas of LA. Would stay again
