This is an peaceful, thoughtfully designed, private, quiet top floor condo unit. The grounds of the property are stunning, adding to the relaxing feel. High-end appliances, tasteful lighting and decor, a soaking tub in the bedroom, and high ceilings create an airy, open space with gorgeous views of the water fountain, golf course, and colorful mansions in the distance. Filtered water from the fridge is ideal for guests who dislike the taste of Florida water. It was a pleasure to meander through the resort’s million dollar houses. The apartment feels like a luxury hotel suite, but has some hotel-like drawbacks. No laundry in-unit, no closet space just an Amazon basics portable rack in the open. There is also no patio furniture as pictured but balconies are rather narrow and best for standing anyways. There's room for improvement but overall a good stay at a discounted rate.

We loved our stay here, just a friendly reminder that there aren’t too many facecloths and dishcloths also we wished we had a broom somewhere to keep tidy! Other than that it was great.

This condo was great! Plenty of space so the kids weren’t all right on top of each other and could play, and we weren’t tripping over luggage. The screened in balcony overlooks the woods behind the building which was nice and peaceful to have a morning cup of coffee before the kids woke and the day got started. The only drawback is there are no extra blankets. The comforters on the twin beds were thin but those ended up being ok as there isn’t a ceiling fan in that room. The blanket for the pull out couch was very thin as well. We ended up going to Target (which is close so that was nice) and purchasing some extra blankets. We would still stay here again!

Encatanda is the perfect location for a Disney trip with the family. Location is close, price is excellent and there are surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and other entertainment. The unit we stayed in was well maintained with new carpet and a clean hot tub. The host provided basic necessities such as hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, snacks and more. The host for our stay was Michelle and she was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent from Michelle again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation unit, managed by Denisse! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every room was impeccable—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The Tuscany Resort amenities were truly a dream. From the serene pool area to the quiet, well-kept surroundings, everything added to the perfect vacation vibe. Denisse was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience seamless. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

I had a really great stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in terms of layout and amenities inside the apartment. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the location was super convenient close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was also friendly and responsive throughout the booking and stay. However, one thing I think future guests should be aware of is that the original listing included photos of a pool and gym, which was one of the reasons I chose this place. After booking, those photos were removed, and the host clarified that those amenities are actually reserved for building residents and not available to guests. It was a bit disappointing since it felt a little misleading. Overall, I still had a lovely experience and would recommend the place just don’t expect access to the pool or gym unless the policy changes.

Clean place, easy access, attentive and responsive host. Only consideration is the check-out time. We did not read the fine print on check out time, it's the first airbnb we've stayed at with checkout time of 10am, a little too early to check out on Sunday. Other than that a great stay

Great place to stay if you are in orlando. Feels right like home. It has everything that is listed and the host is warm and very responsive. The home is clean and very comforting. The neighborhood is great and peaceful too. A thing to note, It can be really quiet after dark, but doesn’t feel unsafe as it’s a gated community. Close to gas station, restaurants, and other attraction. MCO airport is 45min - 1hour long drive. In all, will very much would like to stay at this place. Andy and Maria do a great job of hosting you!

Apartment on the 3rd floor, clean, good for 4 people. Great location, in the center of the parks (Disney x Universal x Icon), very good condominium too, good structure, clean and organized, free parking with several spaces.

On my yearly Florida trip and once again I stayed at this amazing Airbnb! I will never go to another Airbnb again! Fahem is extremely responsible and it’s such an easy check in and check out process. I love staying at this location . Thank you Fahem for a great stay again!

I was a bit skeptical when making the reservation, but everything turned out to be exceptionally good. The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated with couple of very comfortable sofas. Kitchen had all the basic appliances and so on. Beds were a bit hard for my taste but my fiance did like them and that is a personal preference anyways. The pool and jacuzzi at the clubhouse were great and in mid-March the temperature of the pool was just great, even though many people seemed to think it was too cold for them. What is not mentioned in the add at all is that this apartment is the closest possible to the clubhouse, so you are as close to the pool as possible, which is very nice. Byron also answered all and any of my questions very quickly and precisely. Only downside is that laundry and dishwasher detergents are not provided, I would think it wouldn't be too much of an expense to provide some amount of both, but for us it didn't really matter.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Walmart, which made it incredibly convenient for picking up groceries and anything we needed during the trip. The house is also strategically located just minutes away from Disney parks, making it the perfect base for our family vacation. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and well-maintained. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, well-located place near Disney with great amenities close by!

We loved staying at Evert’s apartment, its was our second stay at Bahama bay resort and this was our favourite. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is possibly the biggest apartment in the resort, lovely balcony and lake view. The resort itself is still fab too, great pools and restaurant. Great comms too from Evert made it really easy, thanks for having us.

What a beautiful place to stay in Orlando! This was my first visit to Orlando and my first Airbnb there. I travel a lot and always stay at Airbnb’s and I was thrilled with our accommodations! It is better even than the photos and our host made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked with appliances for everything we needed. Great sleeping space and very beautiful views to boot! I highly recommend staying here for your trip if you want to feel right at home!
