The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

CORONA UPDATE: To limit risks of transmission, I have moved to an apartment in the cellar. The kitchen and dining/living rooms may be used at any time. These former "communal areas" are now private during your stay - just for you. 4 bedrooms (each sleeps up to 3 people, more if you don't mind being a bit squeezed) and 2 full baths.

The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

Whether hiking through the Yellow Valley or shopping in the outlet center: Our apartment is the ideal starting point for your activities. You don't have to search for a parking space for long, there is enough space! Fresh eggs and much more can be found in our farm shop.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
