My condo is a 34 sqm studio type unit located near Sky Ranch, and to the best restaurants in the city. It has a glass wall with a perfect view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

📌 This is a property which is just a few hours away from Metro Manila. It is located at Cool Suites at Wind Residences SMDC, 3rd floor of the midrise building at the back of Tower 5, facing Mahogany Street. It has a balcony but not overlooking Taal view. 📌 My unit can offer a comfortable place to stay, relax and reflect. However it can only accommodate couples and group of two persons at the moment.
