The property was just as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still being quiet and peaceful. Our second stay at this well appointed, comfortable and private place. We enjoyed sitting on the verandah listening to and watching the birds and exploring the tracks during the day and on night walks (owlet nightjars and sugar gliders were observed). We hope they get some good rain in the area real soon.

Booked out 3 cabins for an extended family gathering. Really great cabins, very spacious compared to other cabins you may find. Was pleasantly surprised with the excellent communal facilities including games room which was great for teenagers, communal BBQ and fire pit. Made it great for a group of families to spend time together then retreat to their own spaces. Recommended. (there are also 5 cabins so plenty of room for large groups)

We had a lovely stay at Rocklands Bush Haven Cottage. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedding and a warm fireplace. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful throughout our stay. The peaceful bush setting made it easy to relax and unwind. The only downside was the couch, which is quite old and sunk in, making it a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great getaway spot!

Was an absolutely beautiful stay! The place was homely and cozy and the location was fantastic. All the major hikes were just a short drive away. Ash was also a fantastic host and it was hard to say goodbye to the home!

Craig was kind enough to allow early check in for us as we had a funeral to attend. It was such a beautiful place. felt very homely and great space for the kids. Very clean and warm environment with so many bonuses available to use. Very rateable.

We felt home the moment we arrived. The cottage has everything we needed, what an amazing place to stay, so peaceful, quiet and beautiful 😍 I can highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to be in nature, but have the luxury of a fully equipped house.

Rocklands Retreat is such a gorgeous place! We booked the Cherrypool cottage and it was beautiful! The surroundings were beautiful and walkable. We enjoyed seeing animals in the surroundings. Our cottage didn’t have any salt so I messaged Johanna who was so lovely and brought over salt for us which was very much appreciated! Turns out we ended up booking the cottage my in-laws had stayed at years ago so it was especially lovely for them to revisit those memories. I would definitely book again!
