Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Cape Woods Farm Yallingup

Located in the heartland of the South West's premier wine growing region and bounded by renowned wineries, tourist attractions and majestic countryside, the stresses of every day living are left at the top of the driveway. Set on a picturesque 22 acre property the large classic homestead has been delightfully renovated in keeping with that down south old world charm. The homestead rests amongst soft pasture and tall trees with a dam and creek-line nurturing native wildlife including kangaroos.

Hanaby Hideaway - a special place to unwind.

This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

Modern Dunsborough Escape (Free Wi-Fi)

A modern house in a superb location in the Dunsborough Lakes. Carnegie Drive has large open living spaces with small touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor entertaining area boasts a BBQ with a 10 seater table perfect for summer evenings. The backyard also opens up to a large deck and plunge pool to keep you cool during those hot summer days. Located 200m from the golf course, right next to town and Geographe Bay, this house is ideal for your next down south visit.

Bluegum Studio

The Bluegum Studio is a modern, homely, industrial designed accommodation with all the features you need for you stay. It’s set in a peaceful, rural property with surrounding of bushland, Blue Gum trees and clearing. You can choose to relax in the quiet, private accommodation or explore the many attractions that the south west has to offer. The surrounding yard is designed to be child friendly with a mini nature play area. As the area around the Studio is fenced, dogs are very welcome too!

Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Small Farm Stay next to Margaret River wine Region

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Cabin Margaret River

The Cabin is a beautiful artisan building using local timbers and rustic decor. It’s comfortably set amongst 75 acres of farmland and bush. It is the spot to relax and rejuvenate. The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

Abbeys Farm Retreat

Abbeys Farm Retreat offers the perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with nature. The glamping tent is nestled amongst the trees and overlooks the spring fed dam. It blends the freedom of carefree camping with luxuries you would hope to find in an upmarket resort. Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.
