Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

we stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with friends and had a fabulous time. Beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing. Good kitchen and comfy beds.

It was calm and peacfu. Easy to walk arround, plenty activty available. Really enjoyed my stay. The roof top make it unique from most airbnb. Just be careful of the duck poo on the grass when open the French window. Little attention is need on that specially if you go with kids. Overall it was a good stay.

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

As stated by other reviewers, the location was great with the Cathedral, the market, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance; and the house is lovely with lots of space. Specifically for us, we were visiting family so we hosted guests. We had 8 of us for dinner and had room for everyone. My father-in-law turned 99 while we were there, and the house was within an easy mobility scooter ride from his home in Salisbury, and the bathroom on the main floor made it accessible for him. This meant we could have long visits with him at our place, which was lovely. We will definitely be in touch with William to stay in his house again.

Andy and Anne sent a message right after booking the place which was a nice touch. The property is lovely, quiet and exactly how it looks on the pictures. It was a while since my husband and I had proper holidays and we wanted to do something a bit different this time by staying away from big cities and not only Cotswolds was the right choice but discovering south Cerney thanks to Andy and Anne’s cottage was a gem! This made us visit an area that is not widely visited by other tourists which means we had a taste of a life in that neck of the hood. The property was lovely, well maintained and managed by Andy and Anne. We really loved it!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

It was a dreamy stay with lots of historical charm! Did not want to leave! The owners thought of every detail. It felt like home away from home plus more. Would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in the Cotswolds Water park. A beautiful home with stunning views of the lake. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable and provided enough space for 6 adults and 3 children (one in a travel cot). It is very modern and spacious with so much thought in the decor. Board games and bat and ball games were a plenty and added some extra fun to the weekend! The outdoor area with comfortable furniture and beautiful views were very much enjoyed. The hosts allowed us to use their kayaks and paddle boards which we could easily walk to the lake. We enjoyed the park a few minutes walk away as well as footpaths with stunning scenery surrounding the house and gated community. Coffee shops, bistros, brasseries and pizzerias were all close by and excellent! Jon was an excellent host, on hand to make our stay comfortable. We really had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful short stay at Clare's house. It's a beautiful, well-equipped house, and we quickly felt relaxed and at home. The garden and surrounding countryside are stunning and peaceful, where you can easily step out for walks/runs locally. It is also perfectly located for trips to Bath, Stonehenge, and the Cotswolds. We were very lucky with sunny, warm April weather, and our two tweens/teens loved cycling and stand-up paddle-boarding at the Cotswolds Water Park just a short drive away.

Just the job 👍 only a short walk out of town up a short hill. Comfy sofa, comfy bed. Industrial style kitchen which was a bit unusual. Nice to have Netflix and Prime included

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of space for a group to get together. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Close to Salisbury, but equally perfect for being in the countryside. Highly recommend the pub nearby- delicious food!

We really enjoyed Philip’s place for my sisters hen do in Bath! For some of us it was our first time visiting and the location was perfect to easily reach the city centre. Philip was really responsive when we had an issue with the oven he sorted it within minutes which was great! Our only issue was there was hair left in the drain in the downstairs bathroom, everything else was spotless this was the only issue! Thanks so much Philip the location, space and amenities were perfect for our stay :)

We had a lovely stay! The place is beautifully presented and the garden is absolutely gorgeous — such a peaceful spot. It was the perfect base for visiting family nearby. We hadn’t realised there wasn’t a TV, so next time we’ll bring an iPad for a quiet evening in. The only small suggestion would be to offer a lighter duvet option, as we found the current ones a bit too warm and didn’t sleep too well the first night. Thankfully, we found a soft blanket which helped on the second. Overall though, a really lovely place and we’d happily return.

We have only been home a few hours and already miss The Mill House. It was the perfect setting for a short break with extended family. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and was very well equipped. The rooms are even bigger than they look in the pictures and the master bedroom really has the wow factor. We wanted for nothing and really appreciated all the little touches like providing lovely bath products for us to use. The grounds are very picturesque and the kids adored exploring even in the rain! Thanks so much Jennifer. We will be back one day to enjoy the grounds in the summer!
