Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. We will absolutely stay again. We've stayed in 4 Airbnb's in the CR area and this is by far the best. Layne was very hospitable and responsive.

The living area features large windows that provide views of the expansive deck and lake. Comfortable seating is arranged near the window, inviting relaxation while enjoying the scenery. Natural light filters through the windows, complementing the warm wood paneling of the cabin.

We always enjoy staying there. good local restaurants. Close by we watched barges on the Mississippi and saw an eagle nest with young birds in it. Cabin was clean and attractive. Sat out on deck and cooked on site.
