Ray’s place was just perfect for our stay! The view is absolutely stunning. The space worked well with two completely separate sleeping spaces and bathrooms. And it was dog friendly. We hope to stay there again.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. The home was clean, accessible, and surrounded by great nature. The host, Weizhong, was responsive and clear on everything that was needed and things we had questions about.

Genuinely even better than anticipated. Place is bigger than it looks, very spacious, clean, all amenities, great location, quick response from hosts. Loved every moment.

My husband, myself and a friend spent the weekend at Nathan's. Moriah is our hometown and we've been gone for 50 yrs. Our stay at Nathan's was great in every way. We will not hesitate to again! The home was clean well stocked and so very peaceful.

We really loved staying at Katie's home. She responded very quickly, and we were allowed to use everything in the house and garage. The house was beautiful and near the lake. It's a quiet place close to nature. The kids loved it.

Great place! Beautiful, cozy, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient walk to all that Main St has to offer:-) Perfect for two families (or, in our case, adults traveling with our 20-25yr old kids—the “Cousin Crew” claimed the downstairs space with its own kitchen and entrance—worked out great for all!) The pool was perfect for a dip and some happy hour treats. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Whiteface Mountain House not only delivered on all of the features it promised, but there were also so many pleasant discoveries that made this trip truly unforgettable. Starting with amenities and appliances, the house is very well equipped with a spotless, energy-efficient kitchen, three full bathrooms, laundry room, plenty of places to lounge, and a gorgeous upper deck with grill. The fire-pit is a huge standout feature, constructed of large natural stones that lend themselves to hanging on around the fire. Then there is the trail from the backyard down the hill that leads directly to the bank of the Ausable River, with plenty of spots to dip in on hot days, or cold plunge on cool mornings. For being in a row of homes along the river, there is a serene seclusion to the space. The high ceilings do make the interior feel quite minimal, so I am eager to see how the character of this newly built home develops over time. It was the perfect basecamp for our adventures!

From the moment we arrived at David Home, we were enveloped in a sense of calm that’s hard to find these days. The home itself is immaculately kept clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel truly at home. David has clearly put a lot of care into every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the warm. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat to unwind, a romantic getaway, or a base to explore the surrounding beauty, David Home offers the ideal setting. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and eager to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

My wife and I stayed at this location for weekend hiking in the Adirondacks, and it served delightfully as our “home base” location. It is well situated off of RTE 86 with close access to the High Peaks, as well as the local hotspots in Keene, Jay, and Lake Placid. Everything we needed was within a 25 minute drive. The interior is exactly as described, welcoming, clean, and with all of the amenities for outdoor adventures. The grill and fire pit are a huge plus for eating and relaxing after being out in the mountains. Jessica is a tremendous host, responsive, kind, and was even nice enough to tell me that we left some things behind in the coat closet and shipped them to us at no cost. Our long weekend stay at Yuri and Jess's home was fantastic! The location was perfect, offering easy access to Whiteface Mountain and Ausable Chasm. We loved the town's vibe, especially with the Ausable River running alongside the drive. The house itself was sparkling clean and looked exactly as pictured. Yuri and Jess were incredibly accommodating and responsive, even allowing us to check in early when our plans changed due to bad weather. Their excellent communication ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Thanks a ton.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Camp Moonshadow, where we met our daughter, who came over from Burlington to spend the weekend with us. It was a very easy ferry drive and short drive for her. It was exactly what we needed - quiet, comfortable and beautiful. We did the short hikes nearby and we cooked in all meals. Kitchen was an absolute joy to cook in - large and open and providing most of what we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit on one of the nights - roasting marshmallows and catching up. Coffee on the patio in the mornings was lovely. Bedrooms were comfortable, and bathrooms squeaky clean and expansive. Host Steven got back to me regarding a few hours early on checkin - much appreciated. This is a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for a restful respite.

This home met all of our expectations, and the host, Nathaniel, exceeded expectations. Firstly, this home matched the photos and written description. We loved having a well stocked kitchen to cook all of our meals. The location was ideal for us, as it's only 10 minutes from Whiteface Mountain--we were here for U14 Easterns for Alpine Ski Racing so this home's location made those super early mornings SO much easier. The home is just as close to numerous hiking trails, which were super fun to explore in our spare time. Further, our host was top notch--friendly, accommodating (ie he leant us a piece of bakeware to borrow!), generous (he shared some freshly roasted coffee beans with us!), and enthusiastically responsive to my numerous inquires about everything and anything! We hope to explore the ADKs in the future and we would love to return to this home and have Nathaniel and his partner as our hosts!

Robin is a wonderful host and her place was perfect for our family to stay and relax between skiing. Very close to Whiteface in a quiet part of Wilmington. We would definitely stay here again!

Ashley's place was perfect for our 6-person, multi-generational family. We love to cook and her kitchen was impeccably outfitted with everything we needed AND SHARP KNIVES. It rained the entire time we were there but we enjoyed her game room and comfortable living room. We had to contact Ashley a few times for minor issues and she answered almost immediately with a solution. Location and proximity to trails, Whiteface, and other outdoor activities are perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, peaceful, and cozy mountain cabin with big windows, a fire place, and a lovely porch. We loved it. Moreover, it was within a short drive to Lake Placid, White Face Mountain, and numerous pristine hiking trails. We even got to Montreal for a quick peek, within two hours. We were lucky enough to have been blessed with a few inches of snow which decorated the pines, rivers and fields with winter magic. We had a great stay. Thank you John and Maria.

Highly recommend Jay’s Mountain Retreat. Many options are available in the area, but for us, we will repeat again and again. It was the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. An amazing and responsive host that provides a space with quality and comfortable touches.

Very cute home with a close proximity to Lake Placid. The master bedroom is very cute and the bathroom with the wall sign is a nice touch to match the bird theme. Thank you to Elizabeth for the stay and if we ever make our way back I’ll be sure to look for this house again.

Peaceful, extremely comfortable, fun games, an overall great home for an enjoyable weekend get away. Fun activities such as Golf and Ausable Chasm for our adventurous entertainment. Utilized the kitchen for delicious home cooked meals, surround sound music, Arcade game and cards, and hot tub to the fullest extent of our stay. Slept like a baby at night and woke up to fresh coffee every morning. Our weekend was detailed in the guestbook left out on the great room table for all to see how much we enjoyed our weekend at The Branch. We would love to visit this home again. This place absolutely lived up to our expectations. The house is pristine, clean, and better then the photos show. We all felt right at home from the very start. The coffee bar is exceptional, as well as the awesome game room and hot tub/fireplace area. The beds were all super comfy as well. We also loved sitting out on the front porch and walking across the street to the water! Easy to get to Whiteface/Lake Placid and awesome restaurants nearby as recommended. Will be back for sure and would highly recommend! Thank you Rob & Ann for an awesome getaway!

The place was exactly as described! I will definitely be recommending this farmhouse to friends and family and plan on coming back in the future myself. Great location with only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Lake Placid and the owners were very responsive and gave great recommendations.
