Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. (The sauna is available by reservation to ensure your privacy.)

This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Private space, could sleep up to 4 adults. Convenient location -(2 miles from airport, on the bike path, 1 mile from Mall, 2.2 miles to University of Vermont/Medical Center and close to downtown). Main level has kitchen, full bathroom, living room with a single bed available. Second level is a full bedroom with office space, piano, a queen bed and ottoman that opens to a single bed. There is an adjoining upper deck to enjoy.
