Great stay, came for the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati. The place was exactly as described and clean with all basic amenities. 10 min drive to downtown Cincy, great grocery store a 5 min walk, cafe, distillery, fuel, etc. Quiet neighborhood too.

The location was excellent for a family trip to the Newport Aquarium and Cincinnati Zoo. We had enough space to gather on one side for family dinners. Host responded quickly. Great restaurants in the area. We had Goodfellas pizza as recommended by the host. Highly recommend!

Great spot for 1-2 people- clean and walkable and safe. One small issue that is really no fault of the host - during my 3 nights there, the shared walls/ceilings with other tenants of the building made for some noisy experiences. I’m not sure, but it seemed like the upstairs people were in a perpetual state of remodeling and vacuuming.

The Pickle Factory is a hidden gem, it's very walkable for everything in Covington and quick walk across the Ohio River to Cincinnati. I plan on returning the next time we come to the area. The room was extremely clean and has everything you need for a few nights stay. I loved the assigned parking and secure main entrance. Plenty of nice restaurants and breweries to walk to. I wouldn't pass this place up if it's available for your trip!

We stayed at this house in February and again in May. In just the short period between our visits, Seth made improvements to the already beautiful decor and did routine maintenance that other hosts might have neglected. We can confirm that the kitchen is fully stocked with anything a guest could need for baking or cooking. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The closets are large, and the hot tub is clean and well-tended. Seth also communicates clearly and is considerate of the neighbors, which we appreciated, as members of the Lexington community. This is the only property of Seth’s which we have visited, but based on our experiences, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, or any of his other listings.
