Great host, would not hesitate to return.

Highly recommended! The beach is only a 5 min walk and the house is nicely built. The only drawback: the properties are not separated from each other. Since we were there with dogs, it would have been more relaxed for us to have something like having a fences. Otherwise, everything was great, easy arrival and check-in and clean house!

We had a really great and exraordinay holiday, the house is amazing,all modern,clean and we had everything that we needed. The garden is spectacular, our teenagers loved the trampoline, the big swing, they enjoyed watching the NBA on the big projector.The place is so peaceful, Joost is so nice,he called and checked on us as soon as we arrived. Big thanks to Joost, we wont forget our stay in Netherlands.

We were a group of 8 people and could both rent apartments in the house. Located in a nice neighborhood, downtown is within walking distance (or by tram). Only downside of the location was that it was difficult to find a parking spot. Everything we needed was present in the house.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our dogs. We had little contact with BELVILLA but had contact directly with the owner. She was extremely nice & helpful. The road by car is a bit bumpy but when you arrive, it is definitely worth it. There is a lovingly designed, completely fenced (dog-friendly) "wild" garden with many winding paths, where there is always something new to discover. For children, there is a sandbox & a mini soccer field. The house is furnished with love for detail & offers everything you need: fully equipped. Kitchen, cozy sofa corner with TV, 3 bedrooms, each with 2 fireplaces & air conditioning & a spacious bathroom. The supermarket is about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed the incredible tranquility. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but since it's a forest area, we knew that & were prepared with prepared with repellent. Very good fly screens on the windows, so no problems. IT'S WORTH IT! 👍🏻

The house was even better than the photo. Super clean, really tidy and nice. I highly recommend and want to visit again. However, the only unexpected point was to reach the shower booth, you should pass through the small room that has single bad and there was no door dividing the room and shower booth so when someone is taking shower, the one staying the small room with single bed need to be out. But it was just a minor issue, it won’t be problem if you’re all family and I will still definitely book here again. Really nice and fast respond host.

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin from our time of booking(months in advance) to our check out today. I had emailed Cecile 100 times asking questions & recommendations for our 1st trip to Amsterdam. She always answered promptly & even helped us booking transportation to area day trips. We were welcomed with hugs like we had been friends a long time. I’m so appreciative for Cecile. I will definitely be back!

The villa was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Kim and Linda were incredibly friendly, making our stay even more pleasant.

The house is located in a wonderful and quiet area and the neighbors are very friendly … Everything is close to you … The reception of the owner of the house was wonderful … I liked everything in the house and in the area and I highly recommend staying in this wonderful place … Honestly I liked everything, and I will re-live in it if I return to the Netherlands... All thanks and appreciation to the owners of the house for giving us this wonderful experience in this most wonderful country... All respect and appreciation to you.

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

This group accommodation is absolutely fantastic! It provides everything you need no matter the weather. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, so the stay remains pleasant even in less good weather. The photos actually don't do the accommodation justice, because in real life everything looks even nicer and more cared for. The beds are of excellent quality, so you are guaranteed to have a good night's sleep. The sauna and hot tub really add something special to the experience. The location is ideal: close to Den Bosch and within walking distance of the cozy center of Vlijmen. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Highly recommended for both families and friends groups.

hermiëtte is realy a nice host, she's so helpfull. she have a really nice house too, it was so clean and neat. and it has all the facility u can have in as a family house. it is close to the park, and the park have a nice playground. its not too far from the station, its around 15min with bicycle, she even lend us their bicycles. it have a heater, so we don't freeze at winter weather, she also put so many winter coat, shawl, gloves, beanies, and warm blanket that we can use. it also have many toys n activity for children. my kids definitely love the big trampoline outside. such a lovely place to stay with family n kids. we love it. thank you Hermiëtte and Al, we really have a nice stay at this house. definitely will stay here again if we go to denhaag.

Wonderful home - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were able to easily explore the beach, the city and the surrounding areas. Rogier was gracious and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

Everything was exactly as expected. The house is more than well equiped, it has everything you can think of which you need for a relaxed holiday.

We enjoyed our stay. A beautiful house where you immediately feel at home. The house is even more beautiful/spacious than the pictures show. Communication with Mieke went smoothly! The children / dogs / adults were all happy. There was plenty of space and activity for everyone. We're thinking of coming back!

We really enjoyed staying with Bart and Sandie. The house has a very beautiful garden with swimming pond (some of us have ventured the dive!). Bart and Sandie are very accessible, friendly host and hostess!

We have had no luck with the weather so we have not been able to enjoy the exceptional possibilities that were offered But we found the owners and their children very friendly and helpful Furthermore the house has everything areas and it has been neat and tidy Highly recommended but come with good weather!

super nice location really something to completely relax and unwind . super nice swimming pool that was neatly maintained, money also for the garden . The fact that we found it a little too quiet is therefore purely personal and has nothing to do with the accommodation, that is definitely recommended
