The accommodation is wheelchair accessible (ground floor)! You can park on the terrace at the door. The kitchen and bathroom have been adapted. You can stay with 2 people, and in the living room there is a sofa bed if you would like to come with 3 or 4 people. You also stay at mini campsite "Zennijs"! Friends and family can store their tent and use the sanitary block. At your request, we will arrange it for a stay with baby: play mat, changing table with bath, baby chair or toddler chair.

Discover our charming studio ideally located in the heart of the village with its shops within walking distance (hypermarket, wine shop, restaurant...). A 3-minute walk from the train station, our studio can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to the sofa bed. You will find a bedroom with a dressing room, separated from the rest of the living room. The entrance is separate and the arrival can be autonomous. The large entrance hall will allow you to put your bikes. Parking is nearby.

Welcome to this bright, single-story apartment for 2 people. The highway access located 3 minutes away, will take you in a few minutes to the Haute Borne and the Grand Stade and in 10 minutes to Lille. A junction also, to Belgium for access to Bruges/Brussels /10 minutes from Tournai. The house has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a kitchen, a large living room. A bay window opens onto the terrace and garden to enjoy the calm.

Pleasant and bright studio, completely renovated, located in a privileged area of Roubaix, a short walk from the Roubaix Factory. This is an outbuilding of our house, with a separate entrance. It has all the necessary amenities as well as a terrace and easy parking. Public transport is a few meters from the studio, allowing you to reach the center or Lille, Villeneuve d'Ascq... A Netflix account is available for your use.
