"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! It has a large swimming lake.

Beautiful, newly furnished accommodation with kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom in a quiet cul-de-sac location. A son temporarily uses a room on the floor. The terrace, the huge garden and the garden house (by appointment) can be used. The existing chickens and quails provide us with fresh eggs every day. The center of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are nearby.

Located right on the Ems-Jade Canal in an old farmhouse in the heart of East Frisia, it was completed in the summer of 2025 with a great deal of attention to detail.
