Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 16. Bezirk und ist nur 14 Minuten mit dem Bus vom historischen Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Stadthalle, die Lugner City (Einkaufszentrum) und ein Park sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein Schwimmbad (Stadthallenbad) ist ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 30 Minuten. Es ist ein angenehmes Appartement mit schönem Außenbereich. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist direkt von der Straße betretbar.

A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Get some fresh air? Then live in our apartment with its own private terrace. A free parking space in the house is also available for you. We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2 right outside the door takes you to all major sights in the city center in just 15 minutes without changing lines. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.

Beautiful apartment with large terrace centrally located

I have furnished my apartment with a lot of heart and good taste and rent it out when I am not in town. You have 67 square meters of living space, 31 square meters of terrace and plenty of storage space. It is centrally located in the inner districts (7th district). Many restaurants, bars and shops are nearby, e.g. the famous shopping street "Mariahilfer Straße". The city center is a 20-minute walk, 10 minutes by public transport.

My extraordinary apartment is located directly at the subway station Thaliastrasse. Check-in is super easy with an electronic lock. Feel at home in the fully equipped apartment. Wifi is of course also available. Highlight: The quiet and green private terrace. You will find public transport right outside the front door.
