Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. We look forward to seeing you!

We had a great time. Quiet and cozy area, great apartment and the absolute highlight was the winter garden. Pascall was very accommodating, friendly and easy to reach. If we are in the area again, we will definitely include this offer again.

Eckhard's place was just as pictured, really beautiful. The accommodation was absolutely clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Communication went smoothly. I particularly liked the tranquility and nature. I also enjoyed the view from the kitchen to the meadow. It was a pleasant stay and I would visit this place again.

Matthias and Nina are excellent hosts, excellent communication and always ready to help. The accommodation is very comfortable, excellent location, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and very good connectivity with public transport. Everything very well heated for the winter. The area is very quiet and safe. 100% recommended!!!
