We had the most wonderful stay at the crab shack! As a family of seven, it can sometimes be tricky to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but this home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is spacious, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style — there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. What truly made the stay special was the peaceful setting. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away felt like a dream. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy some quality time together without any distractions. The views were breathtaking, and the fresh sea air was a treat. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea :-)

Great place to stay. Perfect location with walking trails, a beautiful beach, and a great little restaurant all minutes walk from your front door. Our host was wonderful and extremely helpful during our stay. 100% reccomend staying here.

We really enjoyed our time here, the area is very different to the highlands where we were staying previously but the scenery really does have its own special charm. The house has everything you could ask for and a lot more besides! The master bedroom suite is amazing! The views across the sea from the house are lovely and we enjoyed walking to, and exploring the local little harbour and beach.

Great location, good restaurants near by and a few bars were open even on a Monday night. I will use again.

The location was great, very modern interior and easy to get around. Although a little dusty but all is made up with the amazing vibes and atmosphere! Sam (The host) was super responsive and helpful as well! Appreciate the responsiveness and the flexibility of his.

Only issue we had was, that we didn’t stay long enough!! We will be returning and staying for much longer!! The cabin was warm, clean, had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, hot tub was nice and hot! View was outstanding! We also loved how private it was. One of our favourite places we have stopped this year!

One of the most stunning places I’ve ever stayed at. Hard to describe the feeling of space and the expansiveness of the views. It’s jaw dropping Some salt in the cupboard and a dish cloth would have been useful but the view is what makes this place special, whether from inside or the hot tub And the animals - saw loads of grouse, pheasants, rabbits, horses, sheep. And a deer! All on the drive to/from the house

We loved our stay in Brora. The house was well located with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to all amenities and would highly recommend a trip to Capaldi’s.

I honestly couldn’t fault the place, I loved every moment we were there… we just wish we stayed another night! 🥰. We are planning to be back in the future and I highly recommend it, I also highly recommend getting the pizzas from them!!!!
