There are high ceilings and wooden floors throughout, and a large wardrobe for storage. If you love theatre and the arts, this is the perfect place for you! Always ready to communicate with the guests. I live in Podkowa Lesna which is about 30 km from Warsaw. I am always on offer and happy to help my guests. My guests can feel free to contact me whenever they need during their stay. I send my mobile number right after I receive a reservation. I'm available on other communication apps too. I'm also ready to arrive to Warsaw if it is required. The apartment is in a building with a small theatre downstairs. Sometimes before a performance it is possible to walk along the red carpet in the courtyard. There is a lot of parking space around the building, especially comfortable along Orla street which is very close. The apartment is located 3 min to the metro station, 4 min to the tram and bus stops. I want my guests' stay in Warsaw to be really exceptional:)

The apartment is customizable with up to 3 beds. 34m2 True, not a big apartment, but it can easily accomodate 3 people. The studio is adaptable to guests needs. If you are not a couple, there can be two seperate beds! Or... It can be a large double 160/200 bed if you are a couple! Or... There can be an extra, for a third person! (Yes! It is quite comfortable!) Or... If you have a small child, a baby crib can be arranged! There is a small balcony, where you can relax. There is a separate kitchen. There is an underground parking spot available (PLEASE inform me at least a day erlier should you need it!) I offer the whole apartment just for you. You will have a kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and a bedroom, with double bed, at your disposal. I live next door, so if necessary I can assist you in anything you may need. If you are here for shightseeing purposes, I will be happy to tell you what to see where to go... If you are here for a business meeting, I can tell you an ETA to the place you need to go... Since the apartment is close to the airport, I can pick you up from, or drive you to the airport if necessary! The apartment building is located in Warszawa, Mazowieckie, a short walk from the famous Służewiec Racetrack. It's the place to be for horse lovers every weekend. A quick drive leads to a mall with cinema or Warsaw Chopin Airport. Bus stop is 5 minutes away. City railway station is 10 minutes away. ... Plus I am here, I will assist you to get anywhere you like! The only inconvenience is that there is a construction of new apartments just next to the one I owe, but... the work is done from 7:00a.m. till 6p.m. and the truth is with windows closed you can barely hear it...

A cottage with a pool in the forest silence

This is a quiet and beautiful place in the forest with various attractions for adults and children. Swings, benches, 50m zip line, a house and a playground for children. In summer, there is a swimming pool. Bicycles for those who want to ride in the woods, for long and short trips. For those who are interested, I can provide my modest gym and even a real cinema with seats for 6 people. Warsaw is 20 minutes away. There are several restaurants and a large playground nearby. In case of emergency, there is an additional room with a double bed in the house next door.

Old Town and Royal Castle - there is a 10 mins walk along most beautifull Warsaw street Krakowskie Przedmieście full of palaces, churches, monuments as well as many places for rest in many restaurants, bars and cafes. Access to public transport system incl. buses and the tube (both Świętokrzyska and Nowy Świat).

The Medicover hospital is only 600 m away. This is important for people who come for rehabilitation or treatments. There is also a garage space under the building, which is important, because parking on the street in Wilanów is almost impossible.
