A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Great Annexe

You are welcome to this spacious, peaceful and comfortable accommodation backing onto lush nature gardens that is close to all amenities, junction 11 of the M4, community recreation fields and bus stops. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. It is within a mile and a half of the university of reading and the Royal Berkshire hospital. If you are interested in keeping fit, the leisure centre is less than 10 minutes walk away. The Annex is comfortably furnished.
