Visiting family in the area and location was excellent. Home was spotless and they allowed my well behaved 10 year old dog and cat to stay. Outside porch/deck area was very comfortable and serene. Loved spending time there enjoying nature. Be sure to visits their shops downtown and introduce yourself. Very friendly and great places to shop. Sparta is a wonderful area and offers something for everyone. I’ll definitely be renting again.

I had the most wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. The space was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to explore. The host also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, which made my trip even more memorable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was a great place to just get away from it all. We were a little early for the lake activities- everything was still closed for the winter- and we caught an incredible storm that we don’t get to witness at home so that was cool- but still we enjoyed being out on the beautiful porch just listening to the frogs.

The location& house was beautiful, but we weren’t aware the 2nd master was disconnected from the rest of the house so that was a little disappointing. Also,the drive to get to the house is a little scary & that’s not the adventurous way,so it was kinda nerve wrecking leaving and coming back,but other than that the water area was absolutely breathtaking,as well as the view from the porch. Just wish description was a little clearer.

Nancy's place was a perfect setting. The surroundings were stunning and their place is so peaceful. They are also in the perfect location to go and see water falls and caves. So many outdoor adventures you can have close by. It was nice to sit in their hot tub too and have fires in the fire pit to roast marshmallows and hot dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and they were great hosts. They let us use their washer and dryer and even invited us to spend Thanksgiving dinner with them. It felt like visiting family, I would highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed here with nine girlfriends on my bachelorette weekend. They were able to decorate the space in a beautiful way! The entire place was extremely clean and spacious. We had an amazing time and Amy was extremely helpful in communicating when we had any questions or concerns. We would love to come back for another trip soon! The large bathrooms and cozy beds made it feel just like home. Everyone should take a trip here!

Such a lovely weekend getaway. Sauna and cold plunge set in the woods was the best!

Loved Theresia’s place! One of my top Arbnb. Exactly as posted, beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Chose this home because of the close proximity to some of the most gorgeous hiking areas. Rock Island falls probably 10 mins, Falls Creek Falls and Savage Gulf maybe 30-40 minutes. And there are so many others that are so close that you’re not spending all your time driving. The home is stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need. And after a day of hiking there’s the Hot tub to relax in to soothe those sore muscles, and a great fire pit area to chill by. Beds were very comfy for a good nights sleep, plenty of nice plush towels for that hot shower. Can’t go anywhere without the FurBaby, so it was a plus that this place is pet friendly. Thank you Theresia for sharing your home, I will definitely be back to explore more of the area, and I hope to stay here.
